基于超聲噴涂法的柔性印刷電路制備

【摘要】:介紹了一種基于超聲噴涂的電路印刷方法,適用于各種柔性材質(zhì)的基體,可以更高效、更環(huán)保地完成柔性印刷電路(FPC)的制造。其主要思想是:納米銀導(dǎo)電油墨通過超聲噴頭霧化,進(jìn)而噴涂在覆蓋有金屬掩膜版的聚酰亞胺(PI)膜基體上,低溫?zé)Y(jié)(125℃×20 min)之后就得到柔性電路。測試結(jié)果表明,圖案化的導(dǎo)電線路(寬度為500mm)經(jīng)過多次彎曲后仍能保持良好的導(dǎo)電性,其表面方阻隨噴涂層數(shù)的增多而穩(wěn)定地減小,8層涂覆所得線路的方阻為(21±2)mΩ/sq。掃描電鏡觀察表明,導(dǎo)電線路平整光滑,毛邊誤差在50mm以內(nèi)。
