Ka波段寬頻帶高線性空間行波管研制

【摘要】:該文對(duì)Ka波段空間行波管寬頻帶、高線性、高效率的慢波系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)動(dòng)態(tài)漸變技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了低相位失真、高效率的指標(biāo)要求。在此設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)上研制的Ka波段空間行波管實(shí)現(xiàn)了寬頻帶(25~27 GHz)、低非線性失真(非線性相移≤40°,AM/PM≤2.86°/d B,三階交調(diào)≥10.39 d Bc)、高效率(總效率≥51.7%)。經(jīng)數(shù)傳系統(tǒng)測(cè)試,誤碼P_e優(yōu)于10~(-6)的情況下C/N_0有2.4 d B裕度,滿足了衛(wèi)星數(shù)傳系統(tǒng)對(duì)多通道并行傳輸方案的工作需求。
