【摘要】:我國(guó)的LED企業(yè)主要集中在封裝和應(yīng)用等下游領(lǐng)域,核心技術(shù)力量還比較薄弱,因此如何研制出高性能的LED器件產(chǎn)品,變得尤為重要。本文從提高芯片的發(fā)光效率出發(fā),結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的制備技術(shù),制備出高性能的高壓LED芯片,希望對(duì)高壓LED芯片今后的研究有所幫助。
[Abstract]:The LED enterprises in our country mainly focus on the downstream fields such as packaging and application, and the core technology is still weak, so how to develop high performance LED device products becomes more and more important. In order to improve the luminescence efficiency of the chip, the high performance high voltage LED chip is fabricated by combining the existing fabrication technology. It is hoped that it will be helpful to the future research of the high voltage LED chip.
