【摘要】：本文首先對三維激光掃描技術(shù)與激光探測成像相關(guān)理論進行研究總結(jié),并以此為理論依據(jù),提出一套激光探針掃描系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的方案。激光探針掃描系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)主要包括三個部分:激光測距部分、機械掃描部分、數(shù)據(jù)采集處理部分。其中激光測距部分主要利用高頻率激光測距儀對目標外形的距離信息進行測量并獲得大量點云數(shù)據(jù)。機械掃描部分包括高速轉(zhuǎn)臺、高速轉(zhuǎn)鏡等相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,以實現(xiàn)整套系統(tǒng)按照設(shè)計方案中的掃描軌跡對目標進行三維激光掃描。數(shù)據(jù)處理部分主要以FPGA硬件與LabVIEW軟件為設(shè)計核心,可以對激光測距儀采集到的目標距離點云數(shù)據(jù)進行高速準確處理并通過對點云數(shù)據(jù)的擬合計算,建立目標的三維模型,實現(xiàn)了激光掃描成像。激光探針掃描系統(tǒng)通過激光測距儀同高速轉(zhuǎn)臺、高速轉(zhuǎn)鏡等結(jié)構(gòu)間的相互配合使得整個系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)快速連續(xù)的三維激光掃描,并且通過對系統(tǒng)中相關(guān)機械結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計解決了掃描系統(tǒng)中機械系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)頻率與測距脈沖頻率不匹配的問題,提高了高頻率脈沖激光的測距掃描效率。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the theory of 3D laser scanning and laser probe imaging is studied and summarized, and based on this theory, a scheme of structural design of laser probe scanning system is put forward. The laser probe scanning system consists of three parts: laser ranging, mechanical scanning, data acquisition and processing. The laser ranging part mainly uses the high frequency laser rangefinder to measure the distance information of the target shape and obtain a lot of point cloud data. The mechanical scanning part includes the structure design of high speed turntable, high speed rotating mirror and so on, in order to realize the 3D laser scanning of the target according to the scanning track of the whole system. In the part of data processing, the FPGA hardware and LabVIEW software are used as the core of the design. The target distance point cloud data collected by the laser rangefinder can be processed at high speed and accurately, and the 3D model of the target can be established by fitting and calculating the point cloud data. Laser scanning imaging is realized. The laser probe scanning system enables the whole system to realize the rapid and continuous 3D laser scanning through the cooperation of the laser rangefinder with the high-speed turntable, high-speed rotating mirror and other structures. The problem of the mismatch between the response frequency and the ranging pulse frequency of the mechanical system is solved by the design of the related mechanical structure in the system, and the scanning efficiency of the high frequency pulsed laser ranging is improved.
