一種半環(huán)形表面等離子體光波導(dǎo)濾波器的傳輸特性研究

【摘要】:本文設(shè)計并提出一種基于金屬-介質(zhì)-金屬結(jié)構(gòu)的帶有半環(huán)形共振腔的表面等離子體光波導(dǎo)濾波器,利用數(shù)值模擬的方法研究了其傳輸特性。結(jié)果表明,在該結(jié)構(gòu)傳輸譜曲線中形成的濾波阻帶位置可以通過改變半環(huán)形共振腔的半徑來調(diào)整。另外由于結(jié)構(gòu)固有的特性,在傳輸譜曲線上還可以觀察到類似等離子體感應(yīng)透明的傳輸特性,而且這一特性可以通過改變半環(huán)形共振腔與直波導(dǎo)之間的耦合間距和采用面對面放置的雙半環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。本文所設(shè)計的結(jié)構(gòu)可以動態(tài)控制光的傳輸,并可以應(yīng)用于緊湊型納米光學(xué)器件集成領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a surface plasma-optical waveguide filter with semi-ring resonator based on metal-dielectric metal structure is designed and proposed. The propagation characteristics of the filter are studied by numerical simulation. The results show that the filter stopband position formed in the transmission curve of the structure can be adjusted by changing the radius of the semi-annular resonator. In addition, due to the inherent characteristics of the structure, the transmission characteristics similar to plasma-induced transparency can be observed on the transmission curve. Moreover, this property can be adjusted by changing the coupling distance between the semi-ring resonator and the straight waveguide and adopting a double-half-loop structure placed face to face. The structure designed in this paper can dynamically control the transmission of light and can be used in the field of compact nano-optical device integration.
