緊湊型波導(dǎo)功分器的研究

【摘要】:伴隨著這些年微波技術(shù)的發(fā)展,波導(dǎo)功分器作為可以分配以及合成功率的微波組件,在雷達(dá)陣列以及國(guó)防武器等領(lǐng)域有著必不可少的地位,在構(gòu)建衛(wèi)星通信系統(tǒng)以及環(huán)境遙感領(lǐng)域中,都扮演著不可或缺的地位,尤其是在需要大功率的通訊系統(tǒng)中用波導(dǎo)功分器進(jìn)行功率合成,直接關(guān)系到整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的所能達(dá)到的最大功率,波導(dǎo)功分器的隔離度、相位一致性、插損等指標(biāo),直接關(guān)系到了大功率系統(tǒng)的功率合成效果。并且在頻段很高,甚至是到了毫米波波段的時(shí)候,選擇用波導(dǎo)來(lái)制作功分器是我們的首要選擇。雖然現(xiàn)在的微波電路在向著易于集成的趨勢(shì)發(fā)展,但是波導(dǎo)功分器的高功率、低插損、高頻段,起著用其它結(jié)構(gòu)所制作而成的功分器不能替代的作用,因此研究波導(dǎo)功分器有著非常重要的意義。隨著許許多多的學(xué)者對(duì)波導(dǎo)功分器的研究,使其有了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,但同時(shí)也存在一些問(wèn)題,如隔離度不好,因立體結(jié)構(gòu)而不宜加工等,所以本論文的目的是在保證各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)性能優(yōu)越的情況下,設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊易于加工的波導(dǎo)功分器。本論文的主要工作如下:第一,首先介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外各類功分器的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展進(jìn)程,分析了其中存在的一些問(wèn)題,其次分析了一些常應(yīng)用實(shí)際工程中的三端口功分器以及四端口功分器的工作原理以及特性。第二,設(shè)計(jì)了一款E面波導(dǎo)功分器:利用波導(dǎo)寬邊沒(méi)有電流流過(guò)的特性,把它設(shè)計(jì)成以寬邊對(duì)稱的結(jié)構(gòu)使其可以沿寬進(jìn)行拋開,在一定的程度上可以減小設(shè)計(jì)與加工的誤差。第三,設(shè)計(jì)并加工了一款Ku波段四端口功分器:利用了階梯結(jié)構(gòu)匹配,使其能在全帶寬內(nèi)指標(biāo)性能都優(yōu)越,并做成了準(zhǔn)平面結(jié)構(gòu)使其結(jié)構(gòu)更加緊湊以及易加工。
[Abstract]:With the development of microwave technology in recent years, waveguide power divider, as a microwave module that can distribute and synthesize power, plays an essential role in the fields of radar array and defense weapon. It plays an indispensable role in the field of building satellite communication system and environmental remote sensing, especially in the communication system which needs high power. It is directly related to the maximum power of the whole system, the isolation degree of the waveguide power divider, the phase consistency, the insertion loss and so on, which is directly related to the power combination effect of the high power system. Moreover, in the high frequency band, even in millimeter wave band, the choice of waveguide to fabricate power divider is our first choice. Although the current microwave circuits are developing towards easy integration, the high power, low insertion loss and high frequency band of waveguide splitters play an irreplaceable role in the power dividers made from other structures. So it is very important to study waveguide divider. Along with the research of waveguide power divider by many scholars, it has made great progress, but at the same time, there are some problems, such as poor isolation degree and unsuitable processing due to three-dimensional structure, etc. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to design a waveguide splitter with compact structure and easy processing under the condition of superior performance. The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, the development status and progress of all kinds of power dividers at home and abroad are introduced, and some problems are analyzed. Secondly, the working principle and characteristics of three-port power divider and four-port power divider which are often used in practical engineering are analyzed. Secondly, an E-plane waveguide power divider is designed: by using the characteristic that there is no current flowing through the wide edge of the waveguide, it is designed to be symmetrical with a wide edge so that it can be discarded along the width, and the error of design and fabrication can be reduced to a certain extent. Thirdly, a Ku-band four-port power divider is designed and fabricated: the step structure matching is used to make it have superior performance in the full bandwidth, and the quasi-planar structure is made to make the structure more compact and easy to process.
