【摘要】:基于SMIC 28nm CMOS工藝,實現(xiàn)了一款增益可調(diào)的三通道的300MS/s 10bit的數(shù)模轉(zhuǎn)換器.此數(shù)模轉(zhuǎn)化器可以通過5位的控制字實現(xiàn)0~-5.75dB的增益調(diào)節(jié),適應(yīng)更多的應(yīng)用環(huán)境.數(shù)模轉(zhuǎn)換器采用分段式結(jié)構(gòu),其中高六位采用溫度計碼,低四位采用二進(jìn)制碼.在電流源單元開關(guān)部分采用限幅電路,提高無雜散動態(tài)范圍.帶隙基準(zhǔn)單元采用低電壓輸出結(jié)構(gòu),滿足電壓電流轉(zhuǎn)換單元中的柵壓要求.在1.8V模擬電源電壓,1.05V數(shù)字電壓下,采樣時鐘在300 MHz的時候,無雜散動態(tài)范圍(SFDR)為64dB,微分非線性小于(DNL)±0.3LSB;積分非線性小于(INL)±0.4LSB.
[Abstract]:Based on SMIC 28nm CMOS technology, a three-channel digital-to-analog converter with three channels, 300MS / s 10bit, is implemented. This digital-analog converter can realize gain adjustment of 0 ~ 5.75 dB through 5-bit control word, which is suitable for more application environment. The digital-to-analog converter adopts a segmented structure, in which the thermometer code is used for the high six bits and the binary code is used for the lower four bits. The limiting circuit is used in the switch part of the current source unit to improve the non-spurious dynamic range. The bandgap reference unit adopts a low voltage output structure to meet the gate voltage requirements in the voltage-current conversion unit. At 1.8V analog power supply voltage of 1.05V, the sampling clock at 300MHz has a non-spurious dynamic range (SFDR) of 64dB, differential nonlinearity less than (DNL) 鹵0.3LSBand integral nonlinearity less than (INL) 鹵0.4LSB.
