激光標(biāo)刻技術(shù)在航空標(biāo)牌領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:介紹了傳統(tǒng)標(biāo)牌制作工藝的情況,對(duì)激光標(biāo)刻的原理和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了描述,并從工藝、生產(chǎn)以及環(huán)境適應(yīng)方面論證了激光標(biāo)刻制作標(biāo)牌的優(yōu)勢(shì)。按照軍用設(shè)備環(huán)境試樣方法,對(duì)激光標(biāo)刻制備的標(biāo)牌進(jìn)行高低溫、鹽霧、濕熱和霉菌試驗(yàn),并與平面著色工藝制作的標(biāo)牌進(jìn)行比較,證明激光標(biāo)刻工藝制作標(biāo)牌適用于航空領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the situation of the traditional sign making technology, describes the principle and present situation of laser marking, and demonstrates the advantages of laser marking making from the aspects of technology, production and environment adaptation. According to the environmental sample method of military equipment, the high and low temperature, salt spray, damp heat and mold tests were carried out on the signs prepared by laser marking, and compared with those made by plane coloring technology. It is proved that the laser marking process is suitable for the aviation field.
