半;刹▽(dǎo)帶通濾波器的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著無(wú)線通信系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展,對(duì)小型化、低成本、多功能設(shè)備的需求越來(lái)越高。微波濾波器作為通信系統(tǒng)射頻前端的重要器件之一,其設(shè)計(jì)的結(jié)構(gòu)、材料和方法也逐漸增多。基片集成波導(dǎo)(SIW)這種新的導(dǎo)波結(jié)構(gòu),由于其品質(zhì)因數(shù)高、功率容量大、尺寸小、易加工等優(yōu)點(diǎn)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,而半;刹▽(dǎo)(HMSIW)在保留SIW特性的同時(shí)尺寸比SIW減小了一半,使其在濾波器、雙工器、天線、振蕩器等有源及無(wú)源器件中也越來(lái)越多。本文研究并實(shí)現(xiàn)了幾種高性能、小型化的HMSIW帶通濾波器;同時(shí)提出了一種新型的慢波半模基片集成波導(dǎo)結(jié)構(gòu),并研究了這種結(jié)構(gòu)的傳輸特性及設(shè)計(jì)方法。論文的具體研究工作包括以下幾個(gè)方面:首先,本文介紹了HMSIW的基本結(jié)構(gòu)和傳輸特性,包括其傳輸模式、設(shè)計(jì)原理及轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)等。同時(shí)介紹了傳統(tǒng)HMSIW帶通濾波器主要是感性金屬孔耦合帶通濾波器外部Q值和耦合系數(shù)具體的提取方法,并總結(jié)了此類濾波器的具體設(shè)計(jì)方法。其次,本文設(shè)計(jì)了兩種新型的小型化HMSIW帶通濾波器:一種是在差分HMSIW傳輸線中引入DGS結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)的平衡超寬帶HMSIW濾波器;另一種是在HMSIW結(jié)構(gòu)的上下表面引入尺寸不同的CSRR結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)的基于CSRR的HMSIW雙通帶濾波器。文中詳細(xì)地介紹了這兩款濾波器的設(shè)計(jì)方法和實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程。兩者的仿真和測(cè)試結(jié)果符合較好,驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計(jì)方法及理論的正確性。最后,本文提出了一種新的慢波半模基片集成波導(dǎo)結(jié)構(gòu),該結(jié)構(gòu)是在慢波基片集成波導(dǎo)的結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行改進(jìn)得到的小型化HMSIW結(jié)構(gòu),本文對(duì)傳輸特性進(jìn)行了分析。同時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)了一款基于SW-HMSIW超寬帶陷波帶通濾波器。通過(guò)對(duì)其S參數(shù)的仿真及實(shí)物的加工測(cè)試,驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計(jì)的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:With the development of wireless communication system, the demand for miniaturization, low-cost and multi-function equipment is increasing. Microwave filter is one of the most important devices in RF front end of communication system. Substrate integrated waveguide (SIW), a new guided wave structure, has been widely used because of its high quality factor, large power capacity, small size and easy processing. The half-mode substrate integrated waveguide (HMSIW) reduces the size of SIW by half, which makes it more and more active and passive devices such as filters, duplexers, antennas, oscillators and so on. In this paper, several high performance and miniaturized HMSIW bandpass filters are studied and implemented, and a novel slow wave half-mode substrate integrated waveguide structure is proposed, and its transmission characteristics and design methods are studied. The research work includes the following aspects: firstly, this paper introduces the basic structure and transmission characteristics of HMSIW, including its transmission mode, design principle and conversion structure. At the same time, the traditional HMSIW band-pass filter is mainly the extraction method of external Q value and coupling coefficient of inductive metal hole coupling band-pass filter, and the concrete design method of this kind of filter is summarized. Secondly, two new miniaturized HMSIW bandpass filters are designed: one is a balanced ultra-wideband HMSIW filter with DGS structure introduced into the differential HMSIW transmission line; The other is a CSR-based HMSIW dual-pass band filter with different sizes of CSRR on the upper and lower surfaces of the HMSIW structure. The design method and implementation process of the two filters are introduced in detail. The simulation and test results agree well with each other and verify the correctness of the design method and theory. Finally, a new slow wave half-mode substrate integrated waveguide structure is proposed, which is a miniaturized HMSIW structure based on the structure of the slow wave substrate integrated waveguide. The transmission characteristics are analyzed in this paper. At the same time, a notch band filter based on SW-HMSIW is designed. The accuracy of the design is verified by the simulation of S parameters and the processing test.
