【摘要】：濾波器綜合技術(shù)是設(shè)計(jì)高性能指標(biāo)微波濾波器的重要方法,但是利用該方法設(shè)計(jì)濾波器周期長(zhǎng),調(diào)試過(guò)程復(fù)雜,增加了濾波器研究和生產(chǎn)成本,濾波器診斷技術(shù)作為解決這一問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)得到大家的關(guān)注。本文系統(tǒng)的研究了廣義切比雪夫交叉耦合濾波器綜合理論和診斷技術(shù),具體內(nèi)容如下:1.給出了有耗單通帶濾波器的診斷方法,包括單通帶濾波器散射參數(shù)多項(xiàng)式的提取,耦合矩陣的診斷,以及無(wú)載Q值的移除和獲取方法。綜合設(shè)計(jì)并診斷了一個(gè)三階(單零點(diǎn))微帶濾波器,一個(gè)三階(無(wú)零點(diǎn))腔體濾波器,一個(gè)四階(雙零點(diǎn))微帶濾波器,驗(yàn)證了有耗濾波器診斷方法的正確性。最后利用給出的診斷方法指導(dǎo)調(diào)試了一個(gè)四階微帶濾波器。2.給出雙通帶濾波器綜合設(shè)計(jì)理論,并利用該理論指導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)八階雙通帶濾波器。給出雙通帶濾波器診斷方法,利用雙通帶濾波器診斷方法對(duì)該八階雙通帶濾波器進(jìn)行診斷,得到雙通帶濾波器的散射多項(xiàng)式和無(wú)載Q值,驗(yàn)證了此雙通帶濾波器診斷方法的正確性。3.提出一種帶阻濾波器的診斷方法,包括帶阻濾波器散射參數(shù)多項(xiàng)式的提取,耦合矩陣的診斷,以及無(wú)載Q值的移除和獲得方法。利用該方法對(duì)六階帶阻濾波器電路模型和二階腔體帶阻濾波器進(jìn)行診斷,驗(yàn)證了該診斷方法的正確性。
[Abstract]:Filter synthesis technology is an important method to design microwave filter with high performance index. However, the method has long period and complex debugging process, which increases the research and production cost of filter. As a key technology to solve this problem, filter diagnosis technology has attracted much attention. In this paper, the synthesis theory and diagnostic technique of generalized Chebyshev cross-coupling filter are systematically studied. The concrete contents are as follows: 1. The diagnosis method of lossy unipass band filter is presented, including the extraction of scattering parameter polynomial, the diagnosis of coupling matrix, and the removal and acquisition of unloaded Q value. A third order (single zero) microstrip filter, a third order (zero free) cavity filter and a fourth order (double zero) microstrip filter are designed and diagnosed. Finally, a four-order microstrip filter. 2. The synthetic design theory of double pass band filter is presented, and an eighth-order double pass band filter is designed under the guidance of the theory. The diagnosis method of double pass band filter is given. The eighth order double pass band filter is diagnosed by double pass band filter. The scattering polynomial and unloaded Q value of double pass band filter are obtained. The correctness of the double pass band filter diagnosis method is verified. 3. A diagnosis method of bandstop filter is presented, which includes the extraction of scattering parameter polynomial, the diagnosis of coupling matrix, and the removal and acquisition of unloaded Q value. This method is used to diagnose the sixth order band-stop filter circuit model and second-order cavity band-stop filter, and the correctness of the method is verified.
