【摘要】:電磁干擾(Electromagnetic Interference,EMI)是電力電子系統(tǒng)中廣泛存在的一個(gè)問題。目前在電力電子裝置中應(yīng)用較多的功率變換器均采用脈寬調(diào)制(Pulse Width Modulation,PWM)技術(shù)對電能進(jìn)行變換和控制,使得電動機(jī)系統(tǒng)的性能指標(biāo)獲得較大的提高。但是,功率變換器中的半導(dǎo)體器件產(chǎn)生具有大量諧波的不連續(xù)電壓和電流,傳導(dǎo)和輻射噪聲,因此產(chǎn)生了EMI問題。新型功率半導(dǎo)體器件可以使開關(guān)速度增快,它有助于減少變換器的尺寸和降低開關(guān)損耗,但進(jìn)一步加劇了EMI問題。EMI的產(chǎn)生使得在多數(shù)變換器的設(shè)計(jì)中需要使用EMI過濾器。例如,對飛機(jī)的電機(jī)驅(qū)動必須對其進(jìn)行EMI濾波。EMI過濾器通常是決定系統(tǒng)體積,重量和成本的主要元素。設(shè)計(jì)EMI濾波器的傳統(tǒng)方法是需要創(chuàng)建一個(gè)完整的系統(tǒng)原型后,對變換器的EMI信號的衰減進(jìn)行測量。這種測量EMI的方法,并不是最佳的解決方案,這種方法往往導(dǎo)致耗費(fèi)更多的時(shí)間和價(jià)錢更昂貴。為了解決這個(gè)問題,同時(shí)能創(chuàng)建通用EMI濾波器設(shè)計(jì)的方法,首先進(jìn)行電機(jī)驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)的建模研究。對一個(gè)典型的電機(jī)驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)的不同組件進(jìn)行分段線性行為建模,如半導(dǎo)體器件、無源元件、互連電纜和電機(jī)等。這種行為模型建模可以使濾波器設(shè)計(jì)與搭建電機(jī)驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)同時(shí)進(jìn)行,從而提供了一種手段來評估EMI的性能和設(shè)計(jì)EMI濾波器,而不需要對系統(tǒng)原型進(jìn)行測量。本論文使用新的阻抗平衡方法減少電機(jī)驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)的EMI問題。阻抗平衡法是在共模(Common Mode,CM)電壓源周圍插入無源元件建立一個(gè)平衡的惠斯登電橋,通過一個(gè)橋路的返回電流抵消另一個(gè)橋路的CM電流,EMI便會降低。插入的無源組件僅承載CM電流,因此可以比必須承載完全輸入或輸出電流的傳統(tǒng)CM濾波器組件小得多。
[Abstract]:Electromagnetic interference (EMI) is a widespread problem in power electronic systems. At present, pulse width modulation (PWM) technology is widely used in power electronic devices to transform and control electric energy, which improves the performance of motor system greatly. However, semiconductor devices in power converters generate discontinuous voltages and currents with a large number of harmonics, conduction and radiated noise, thus causing EMI problems. New power semiconductor devices can increase the switching speed, which can help to reduce the size of the converter and reduce the switching loss, but further aggravate the EMI problem. EMI is used in the design of most converters. For example, the motor drive of an aircraft must be filtered by EMI. EMI filters are usually the main elements that determine the volume, weight, and cost of the system. The traditional method of designing EMI filter is to measure the attenuation of the EMI signal of the converter after creating a complete system prototype. This method of measuring EMI is not the best solution, it often leads to more time and more expensive. In order to solve this problem and create a general EMI filter design method, the modeling of motor drive system is studied. The piecewise linear behavior of different components of a typical motor drive system is modeled, such as semiconductor devices, passive components, interconnection cables and motors. This behavior model can make the filter design and build the motor drive system simultaneously, thus providing a means to evaluate the performance of EMI and design the EMI filter, without the need to measure the prototype of the system. In this paper, a new impedance balancing method is used to reduce the EMI problem of motor drive system. The impedance balance method is to insert a passive element around the common mode CM voltage source to build a balanced Wheatstone bridge. The return current of one bridge cancels the CM current of the other bridge and the EMI decreases. The inserted passive components carry only CM currents, so they can be much smaller than traditional CM filter assemblies that must carry full input or output currents.
