【摘要】：近年來,以硅烷熱解為基礎(chǔ)的多晶硅生產(chǎn)方法以其具有投資小、能耗低、成本低、無污染等優(yōu)勢,受到了越來越多的關(guān)注。本文在充分調(diào)研國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)硅烷法中氯硅烷歧化反應(yīng)的動(dòng)力學(xué)及歧化反應(yīng)中樹脂催化劑的干燥特性進(jìn)行了研究,為后續(xù)三氯氫硅歧化反應(yīng)的工業(yè)化應(yīng)用提供技術(shù)支持和理論指導(dǎo)。以大孔弱堿性陰離子交換樹脂PA100和A-21為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其干燥特性進(jìn)行了研究�？疾炝烁稍餃囟�,物料層厚度對(duì)其干燥速率的影響,并建立了干燥曲線的半經(jīng)驗(yàn)關(guān)聯(lián)式。結(jié)果表明:樹脂PA100和A-21的干燥規(guī)律基本類似,最優(yōu)干燥條件下干燥溫度及物料層厚度分別為70℃和3cm,濕分比降至5%時(shí)干燥時(shí)間分別為23.0h、23.7h。在最優(yōu)干燥條件下,樹脂PA100的胺基含量略高于A-21。根據(jù)國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),選取了八種催化劑,在小型高壓間歇釜式反應(yīng)器中,考察它們對(duì)三氯氫硅歧化反應(yīng)的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)不同的樹脂對(duì)三氯氫硅歧化反應(yīng)的催化效果不同,大孔弱堿性陰離子交換樹脂PA100的催化效果最好。并以PA100為研究對(duì)象,研究了不同催化劑用量、顆粒尺寸、溫度和反應(yīng)時(shí)間對(duì)三氯氫硅歧化反應(yīng)的影響,測定了不同溫度下三氯氫硅歧化反應(yīng)的動(dòng)力學(xué)數(shù)據(jù),并用二級(jí)反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型對(duì)三氯氫硅歧化反應(yīng)的動(dòng)力學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了擬合,從而得到氯硅烷歧化反應(yīng)的動(dòng)力學(xué)方程。結(jié)果表明,在催化劑用量為0.1334gcat·gTCS-1,溫度為343.15K的條件下PA100的催化活性最好;內(nèi)外擴(kuò)散的影響可以忽略,溫度的提高和催化劑濃度的提高,都能促進(jìn)三氯氫硅歧化反應(yīng)的發(fā)生;三氯氫硅歧化反應(yīng)為二級(jí)反應(yīng),正反應(yīng)的指前因子和活化能分別為5.292m3·kmol-1·s-1和9.199kcal/mol,逆反應(yīng)的指前因子和活化能分別為4.779m3·kmol-1·s-1和5.544kcal/mol。在實(shí)驗(yàn)條件范圍對(duì)獲得以PA100為催化劑的三氯氫硅歧化反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果顯示誤差在5%范圍內(nèi),表明模型具有較好的擬合精度,能準(zhǔn)確反映三氯氫硅歧化反應(yīng)過程及其動(dòng)力學(xué)特征。
[Abstract]:In recent years, polycrystalline silicon based on pyrolysis of silane has attracted more and more attention because of its advantages of low investment, low energy consumption, low cost and no pollution. In this paper, the kinetics of chlorosilane disproportionation in silane process and the drying characteristics of resin catalyst in the disproportionation reaction were studied on the basis of full investigation of domestic and foreign literature. To provide technical support and theoretical guidance for the subsequent industrial application of dichlorosilicon disproportionation reaction. The drying characteristics of macroporous weak basic anion exchange resins PA100 and A-21 were studied. The effects of drying temperature and material layer thickness on drying rate were investigated, and the semi-empirical correlation formula of drying curve was established. The results showed that the drying rules of resin PA100 and A-21 were similar, the drying temperature and the thickness of the material layer were 70 鈩，
