基于可調(diào)諧半導(dǎo)體激光器吸收光譜的高靈敏度甲烷濃度遙測技術(shù)

【摘要】:討論了一種新的高靈敏度甲烷遙測方法,利用可調(diào)諧激光二極管的調(diào)制光譜技術(shù)掃描甲烷的吸收峰,通過在測量光路中插入?yún)⒖細(xì)獬?增強(qiáng)低濃度情況下的吸收峰辨識能力,以提高甲烷濃度遙測信號的信噪比.此外,可以將激光器的中心波長鎖定至氣體吸收峰的峰值位置從而使儀器工作于吸收峰鎖定模式,進(jìn)行甲烷濃度的連續(xù)監(jiān)測.實驗結(jié)果表明,在測量距離分別為10 m和20 m時,周圍環(huán)境中的甲烷積分濃度探測極限可以分別達(dá)到5 ppm·m和16 ppm·m.在吸收峰鎖定工作模式下,系統(tǒng)在37 m距離處具有22 ppm·m的檢出限,并可以監(jiān)測甲烷濃度的快速變化.
[Abstract]:A new method for methane telemetry with high sensitivity is discussed. The modulation spectrum of tunable laser diode is used to scan the absorption peak of methane, and the identification ability of absorption peak at low concentration is enhanced by inserting a reference gas cell into the measurement path. In order to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the telemetry signal of methane concentration. In addition, the central wavelength of the laser can be locked to the peak position of the gas absorption peak to enable the instrument to work in the absorption peak locking mode for continuous monitoring of methane concentration. The experimental results show that the detection limits of methane integral concentration in the surrounding environment can reach 5 ppm m and 16 ppm m, respectively, when the measuring distances are 10 m and 20 m, respectively. In the mode of absorption peak locking, the system has a detection limit of 22 ppm m at a distance of 37 m, and can monitor the rapid change of methane concentration.
