【摘要】：隨著裝備現(xiàn)代化程度的日益提升,大多數(shù)軍隊(duì)專業(yè)技術(shù)崗位都需要較強(qiáng)的電工電子實(shí)踐技能,因而對(duì)院校電工電子實(shí)踐技能培養(yǎng)提出了更高的要求。本文梳理了部隊(duì)對(duì)電工電子實(shí)踐技能的具體能力要素要求,并綜合電工電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),提出了系統(tǒng)全面的電工電子實(shí)踐技能的能力要素,明確了教學(xué)目標(biāo),建設(shè)了覆蓋面廣、層次化課程體系,建成了面向?qū)嵺`技能培養(yǎng)的實(shí)踐教學(xué)綜合保障體系,探索了"雙師+科研"型實(shí)驗(yàn)教員隊(duì)伍培養(yǎng)模式。研究成果對(duì)提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量具有重要的意義,對(duì)于其他院校開展電工電子實(shí)踐技能培養(yǎng)具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the increasing modernization of equipment, most military professional and technical posts need strong practical skills of electricians and electronics, so higher requirements are put forward for the cultivation of practical skills of electricians and electronics in colleges and universities. In this paper, the author combs the requirement of the specific ability elements for the practical skills of electrician and electronics, and synthesizes the developing trend of the electrician and electronic technology, puts forward the ability elements of the practical skills of electrician and electronics in a systematic way, and clarifies the teaching objectives. The comprehensive security system of practical teaching oriented to practical skill training has been built, and the training mode of "double teachers' scientific research" type experiment teachers has been explored. The research results are of great significance for improving the quality of personnel training, and for other colleges and universities to develop practical skills of electrician and electronics.
