【摘要】：模擬電路參數(shù)型故障診斷一直是電路與系統(tǒng)無法回避的難題。該文基于被測電路主輸出電壓信號的時(shí)間序列值,建立了一種基于本征值和相位差的模擬電路參數(shù)型故障診斷模型。該模型利用故障電路的電壓輸出時(shí)間序列值獲取電路的故障相位偏移信息,同時(shí),該模型把電壓時(shí)間序列變換成一個(gè)方陣,并求取該方陣的最大本征值。將故障相位偏移信息和故障最大本征值與通過前期仿真獲得的每種器件相對應(yīng)的無故障最大相位偏移和無故障最大本征值的變化趨勢進(jìn)行比較,實(shí)現(xiàn)故障定位和參數(shù)辨識。實(shí)測實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該方法具有定位準(zhǔn)確、計(jì)算效率高,所需測試點(diǎn)少、參數(shù)辨識精度高,易于工程實(shí)施等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Parametric fault diagnosis of analog circuits has always been a difficult problem for circuits and systems. Based on the time series value of the main output voltage signal of the circuit under test, a parametric fault diagnosis model of analog circuit based on eigenvalue and phase difference is established in this paper. The model uses the voltage output time series of the fault circuit to obtain the fault phase offset information of the circuit. At the same time, the model transforms the voltage time series into a square matrix, and obtains the maximum eigenvalue of the matrix. The fault phase offset information and fault maximum eigenvalue are compared with the variation trend of the fault free maximum phase offset and fault free maximum eigenvalue corresponding to each device obtained by previous simulation. The fault location and parameter identification are realized. The experimental results show that this method has the advantages of accurate location, high calculation efficiency, few test points, high precision of parameter identification, and easy to be implemented in engineering.
