基于電磁感應(yīng)原理的定位跟蹤系統(tǒng)電路設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:目的針對(duì)包裝機(jī)器人在工程應(yīng)用中遇到的定位跟蹤方面的問題,設(shè)計(jì)一種新型定位跟蹤系統(tǒng)。方法基于電磁感應(yīng)原理,從硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)著手設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)的激勵(lì)信號(hào)源通過功率放大電路激勵(lì)發(fā)射線圈產(chǎn)生交變磁場(chǎng),在接收線圈上產(chǎn)生感應(yīng)信號(hào)。通過前級(jí)放大、帶通濾波和程控放大等電路,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)感應(yīng)信號(hào)調(diào)理。將感應(yīng)信號(hào)的幅值帶入磁偶極子模型,計(jì)算出傳感器的位置信息。結(jié)果經(jīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,電磁定位系統(tǒng)的相對(duì)定位精度可達(dá)1.47 mm。結(jié)論基于電磁感應(yīng)原理的定位跟蹤系統(tǒng)可滿足包裝機(jī)器人在定位跟蹤方面的要求。
[Abstract]:Aim to design a new positioning and tracking system for packaging robot in engineering application. Methods based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, the system was designed from the hardware circuit design. The excitation signal source of the system excites the transmitting coil to produce alternating magnetic field through the power amplifier circuit and generates the induction signal on the receiving coil. The induction signal can be adjusted by the circuit of front amplifier, bandpass filter and program control amplification. The amplitude of the inductive signal is brought into the magnetic dipole model to calculate the position information of the sensor. Results the experimental results show that the relative positioning accuracy of the electromagnetic positioning system can reach 1.47 mm. Conclusion the positioning and tracking system based on electromagnetic induction principle can meet the requirements of packaging robot in positioning and tracking.
