1645 nm單縱模NPRO激光器短期頻率穩(wěn)定度的測量

【摘要】:利用光纖延時自外差法對單塊非平面Er∶YAG環(huán)形振蕩器(NPRO)輸出單縱模激光的短期頻率穩(wěn)定度進行了測量。激光器輸出波長為1645 nm。測量了延時時間分別為0.25μs,0.75μs,1.25μs,1.75μs,2.25μs,2.75μs,5.25μs,7.25μs,9.75μs,108.5μs,166μs的輸出激光的自外差拍頻信號。設(shè)置頻譜儀的span為20 k Hz,掃描時間為10 s,Res BW為51 Hz,VBW為1 Hz,測量拍頻信號的3 d B帶寬。在延時時間0.25~9.75μs范圍內(nèi),通過線性擬合在不同延時下的3 d B帶寬,得到單縱模NPRO激光器的短期頻率穩(wěn)定度為201 Hz/μs。光纖延時長度為21.7 km和33.2 km時,測量的3 d B帶寬約為14 k Hz。
[Abstract]:The short term frequency stability of a single nonplanar Er:YAG ring oscillator output from a single longitudinal mode laser is measured by fiber delay self-heterodyne method. The output wavelength of the laser is 1645 nm. The output heterodyne frequency signals with a delay time of 0.25 渭 s ~ 0.75 渭 s ~ 1.75 渭 s ~ 2.25 渭 s ~ 5.25 渭 s ~ 9.75 渭 s ~ 108.5 渭 s ~ (166 渭 s) were measured. The span of the spectrometer is 20 kHz, the scanning time is 10 sg res BW is 51 Hz VBW is 1 Hz, and the 3 dB bandwidth of the beat signal is measured. In the delay time range of 0.25 渭 s to 9.75 渭 s, the short term frequency stability of single longitudinal mode NPRO laser is obtained by linear fitting of 3 dB bandwidth with different delay. The short term frequency stability of single longitudinal mode NPRO laser is 201 Hz/ 渭 s. When the fiber delay lengths are 21.7 km and 33.2 km, the measured 3D B bandwidth is about 14 kHz.
