【摘要】：一次成像的簡化式紅外光學系統(tǒng)冷屏與出瞳不能匹配,致使系統(tǒng)受到雜散光干擾。在此情況下,對冷屏的開孔形狀進行合理優(yōu)化設計對雜散光的抑制十分必要。利用數(shù)學中的最優(yōu)化計算來解決冷屏形狀的優(yōu)化問題,建立了優(yōu)化變量和優(yōu)化目標函數(shù)的數(shù)學模型,提出了全局優(yōu)化和局部優(yōu)化相結(jié)合的方法,分別用區(qū)間窮舉法和阻尼最小二乘法完成,以得到較優(yōu)的冷屏開孔形狀。利用本方法,對一個現(xiàn)有的簡化式熱像光學系統(tǒng)設計了冷屏開孔形狀,解決了該系統(tǒng)中由冷屏與出瞳不匹配造成的雜散光干擾的問題,從而驗證了提出的冷屏優(yōu)化設計方法的正確性與實用性。
[Abstract]:The primary imaging simplified infrared optical system can not match the output pupil and cold screen, which results in the system being interfered by stray light. In this case, it is necessary to optimize the orifice shape of cold screen to suppress stray light. The optimization problem of cold screen shape is solved by using the optimization calculation in mathematics. The mathematical models of optimization variables and optimization objective functions are established, and the method of combining global optimization with local optimization is proposed. Interval enumeration method and damped least square method are used to obtain the optimum opening shape of cold screen. Using this method, the hole shape of a cold screen is designed for a simplified thermal image optical system, which solves the problem of stray light interference caused by the mismatch between the cold screen and the exit pupil. Thus, the correctness and practicability of the proposed optimization design method for cold screen are verified.
