8-羥基喹啉鍺印跡聚合物合成及選擇性吸附鍺研究

【摘要】:以8-羥基喹啉和四氯化鍺為模板,采用雜化沉淀聚合法制備了8-羥基喹啉鍺印跡聚合物微球MIPs,并對(duì)其微觀結(jié)構(gòu)及孔徑分布進(jìn)行表征,推測(cè)了8-羥基喹啉鍺印跡聚合物合成過程,對(duì)MIPs對(duì)鍺離子的吸附性能進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,MIPs具有大比表面積(170.32m~2/g)、微觀多孔的納米微球結(jié)構(gòu)。吸附時(shí)間延長、溶液中初始鍺含量提高,MIPs對(duì)鍺離子的選擇性吸附能力提高,當(dāng)吸附時(shí)間2h、溶液中初始鍺濃度為0.5mg/mL時(shí),MIPs對(duì)鍺的吸附率達(dá)到最大96.84%,MIPs對(duì)鍺離子具有顯著吸附選擇特性。
[Abstract]:Using 8-hydroxyquinoline and germanium tetrachloride as templates, 8-hydroxyquinoline germanium imprinted polymer microspheres MIPswere prepared by hybrid precipitation polymerization. The microstructure and pore size distribution of 8-hydroxyquinoline germanium imprinted polymer were characterized, and the synthetic process of 8-hydroxyquinoline germanium imprinted polymer was inferred. The adsorption of germanium ion by MIPs was studied. The results show that the MIPs have a large specific surface area of 170.32mg / g and microporous nanospheres. When the adsorption time was prolonged, the initial content of germanium in the solution increased the selective adsorption of germanium ion. When the adsorption time was 2 h and the initial concentration of germanium in the solution was 0.5mg/mL, the adsorption rate of germanium reached the maximum of 96.84%.
