小型化環(huán)形雙模諧振器及其濾波器件設計技術研究

【摘要】:濾波器件的小型化設計技術一直是高密度集成無線微波通信系統(tǒng)的關鍵,也是小型化微波系統(tǒng)設計的重點和難點;诃h(huán)形雙模諧振器的濾波器能夠在提高濾波器選擇性能的同時有效減小濾波器的尺寸,從而被廣泛應用于濾波器件的設計。同時,隨著集成無源器件(Integrated Passive Device,IPD)技術的發(fā)展使得濾波器件的進一步小型化成為了可能。因此,為了滿足目前各類先進微波系統(tǒng)對器件尺寸所提出的更高要求,本文對基于IPD技術的環(huán)形雙模諧振器及其相關濾波器件的小型化設計技術進行了研究,主要工作內(nèi)容及創(chuàng)新點如下:1.提出了一種全集總參數(shù)元件的雙模諧振器拓撲結構,定量給出了集總參數(shù)結構的環(huán)形雙模帶通濾波器電路中各集總參數(shù)元件初值計算方法,并采用薄膜IPD技術,設計了一款基于集總參數(shù)的超小型化環(huán)形雙模帶通濾波器,其中心頻率為1GHz,物理面積尺寸為4.0mm×2.6mm (0.0133λ0×0.0087λ0) 。2.基于所提出的全集總元件雙模諧振器的拓撲結構,采用IPD技術,設計了一種基于集總參數(shù)雙模諧振器的小型化C波段雙工器,該雙工器采用一組并聯(lián)短路微帶線來構成其阻抗匹配結構,整體面積尺寸為2.488mm×2.668mm。3.對全集總參數(shù)的雙模帶通濾波器中電容元件對濾波器性能的影響進行深入研究,給出了濾波器中心頻率以及帶寬隨電容元件的變化規(guī)律,在此基礎上,設計一款基于集總參數(shù)雙模諧振器的小型化UHF頻段的三維混合集成可調(diào)帶通濾波器,該濾波器的核心尺寸為14.42mm×9.306mm×2.394mm 。
[Abstract]:The miniaturization design technology of filter parts is the key of high density integrated wireless microwave communication system, and it is also the key and difficult point in the design of miniaturized microwave system. The filter based on ring double mode resonator can improve the performance of filter selection and reduce the size of filter, so it is widely used in the design of filter parts. At the same time, with the development of integrated passive device integrated Passive device, it is possible to further miniaturize the filter. Therefore, in order to meet the higher requirements of various advanced microwave systems for device size, the miniaturization design technology of ring dual-mode resonator and its related filter parts based on IPD technology is studied in this paper. The main contents and innovations are as follows: 1. In this paper, a topology structure of dual-mode resonator with lumped parameters is proposed. The method of calculating the initial values of each lumped parameter element in the loop dual-mode band-pass filter circuit with lumped parameter structure is presented quantitatively, and the thin film IPD technique is used. A super-miniaturized ring dual-mode band-pass filter based on lumped parameters is designed. Its center frequency is 1GHz and the physical area size is 4.0mm 脳 2.6mm 0.0133 位 0 脳 0.0087 位 0) .2. Based on the proposed topology of the full lumped element dual-mode resonator, a miniaturized C-band duplex based on lumped parameter dual-mode resonator is designed by using IPD technology. A series of parallel short circuit microstrip lines are used to construct the impedance matching structure. The overall area size of the duplex is 2.488mm 脳 2.668mm. 3. The effect of capacitive elements on the performance of dual-mode band-pass filters with lumped parameters is studied, and the variation of the central frequency and bandwidth of the filters with the capacitive components is given. A three-dimensional hybrid tunable band-pass filter based on lumped parameter dual-mode resonator is designed for miniaturized UHF band. The core size of the filter is 14.42mm 脳 9.306mm 脳 2.394mm.
