【摘要】:設(shè)計了一種在一定溫度內(nèi)具有頻率穩(wěn)定性的高精度互補金屬氧化物半導(dǎo)體(CMOS)環(huán)形振蕩器。該電路利用帶隙基準(zhǔn)源為后續(xù)電路提供穩(wěn)定電流,實現(xiàn)溫度補償。采用延時遲滯技術(shù)控制延時反相器充放電電流和反相器跳變電壓,改善頻率隨電源電壓變化的缺點,提高頻率穩(wěn)定性;0.5μm標(biāo)準(zhǔn)CMOS工藝,用Spectre軟件進行仿真。結(jié)果表明,在電源電壓為5 V,室溫27℃時,該振蕩器輸出頻率為16 MHz。溫度為-35~125℃時,頻率的最大偏移為±2.95%。當(dāng)電源電壓為4~5.5 V時,頻率的最大偏移為2.04%~0.02%,滿足DC/DC電路的設(shè)計要求。
[Abstract]:A high precision complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) ring oscillator with frequency stability at a certain temperature is designed. The circuit uses bandgap reference source to provide stable current for the subsequent circuit and realizes temperature compensation. The delay hysteresis technique is used to control the charge and discharge current of the delay inverter and the inverter jump voltage to improve the frequency variation with the supply voltage and to improve the frequency stability. Based on 0.5 渭 m standard CMOS process, Spectre software is used to simulate. The results show that the output frequency of the oscillator is 16 MHz when the supply voltage is 5 V and the room temperature is 27 鈩,
