新型純永磁波蕩器EPU200磁結構的力學分析和研究

【摘要】:根據(jù)用戶的實驗要求為實現(xiàn)在上海光源中產(chǎn)生低軸功率密度的同步輻射光設計了新型波蕩器EPU200。EPU200是首臺擁有八排磁化塊,可以產(chǎn)生橢圓極化輻射并降低軸功率密度的純永磁波蕩器。其八排磁排列安裝在四根鋁梁上,每個磁化塊固定件上安裝兩塊磁化塊,其磁結構的機械結構和安裝十分復雜。而磁結構對波蕩器的品質有很大影響。所以需要對其磁結構進行力學分析和研究。 本文首先介紹了同步輻射光源及波蕩器磁結構的發(fā)展、低軸功率密度波蕩器的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、磁結構的機械設計和新型波蕩器EPU200設計的背景;其次介紹了常用的力學分析方法和有限元方法的基本原理,并對Ansys Workbench軟件進行簡要介紹;接著詳細描述了EPU200的磁排列和機械結構;簡要介紹磁場計算軟件RADIA并計算出不同狀態(tài)下EPU200中磁化塊的最大受力;然后通過有限元分析軟件對磁結構的關鍵零件及整體進行力學分析,計算出磁結構的最大變形和最大應力,并對不同狀態(tài)下的磁結構的變形和應力進行分析比較,從而確定方案的可行性;最后加工并安裝試驗件驗證磁結構的穩(wěn)定性。 EPU200磁結構的力學分析結果和試驗件的成功安裝驗證了該結構的可行性和穩(wěn)定性,為EPU200磁結構的加工安裝提供依據(jù),具有很強的實用價值和工程意義。
[Abstract]:According to the user's experimental requirements, a new type of wave swing device (EPU200.EPU200) is designed for the realization of synchrotron radiation light with low axial power density in Shanghai light source. It is the first one with eight rows of magnetized blocks. A pure permanent magnet waver that generates elliptical polarization radiation and reduces the axial power density. The eight rows of magnets are arranged on four aluminum beams and two magnetized blocks are installed on each fixed piece. The mechanical structure and installation of the magnetic structure are very complicated. The magnetic structure has a great influence on the quality of the waver. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out mechanical analysis and research on its magnetic structure. In this paper, the development of synchrotron radiation light source and waver magnetic structure, the development status of low axis power density waver, the mechanical design of magnetic structure and the background of EPU200 design of new type waver are introduced in this paper. Secondly, the basic principles of mechanical analysis and finite element method are introduced, and the Ansys Workbench software is briefly introduced, and then the magnetic arrangement and mechanical structure of EPU200 are described in detail. This paper briefly introduces the magnetic field calculation software RADIA and calculates the maximum force of the magnetized block in EPU200 under different states, and then carries out the mechanical analysis of the key parts and the whole of the magnetic structure by the finite element analysis software. The maximum deformation and maximum stress of the magnetic structure are calculated, and the deformation and stress of the magnetic structure in different states are analyzed and compared to determine the feasibility of the scheme. Finally, the stability of the magnetic structure is verified by machining and installing the test piece. The results of mechanical analysis of EPU200 magnetic structure and the successful installation of the test piece verify the feasibility and stability of the structure, and provide the basis for the processing and installation of the EPU200 magnetic structure, which is of great practical value and engineering significance.
