IGCT驅(qū)動(dòng)關(guān)斷電路及續(xù)流回路參數(shù)提取

【摘要】:集成門極換流晶閘管(integrated gate commutated thyristor,IGCT)關(guān)斷暫態(tài)時(shí),其電流迅速由陰極換向到門極,且IGCT反并聯(lián)二極管因承受正向偏壓而導(dǎo)通,故IGCT關(guān)斷暫態(tài)特性受其門極驅(qū)動(dòng)關(guān)斷電路及其反并聯(lián)二極管運(yùn)行特性影響。基于IGCT關(guān)斷暫態(tài)換流機(jī)制及反并聯(lián)二極管的工作原理,提出IGCT關(guān)斷暫態(tài)時(shí)門極換流晶閘管(gate commutated thyristor,GCT)、驅(qū)動(dòng)電路與反并聯(lián)二極管所構(gòu)成續(xù)流回路的等效電路,詳細(xì)分析反并聯(lián)二極管不同工況時(shí)等效電路結(jié)構(gòu)及其運(yùn)行特性的變化。結(jié)合IGCT關(guān)斷暫態(tài)其端電壓及等效電路各支路電流的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,給出IGCT驅(qū)動(dòng)關(guān)斷電路及續(xù)流回路參數(shù)的提取方法。通過不同箝位電壓與關(guān)斷電流時(shí)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果與理論分析的對(duì)比,并考慮參數(shù)提取結(jié)果的一致性,充分證明等效電路與理論分析的正確性及參數(shù)提取方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:When the integrated gate commutated thyristor turn-off transient, the current rapidly commutates from the cathode to the gate, and the IGCT reverse parallel diode is switched on because of the forward bias voltage. Therefore, the transient characteristics of IGCT turn-off are affected by its gate drive turn-off circuit and its operation characteristics of anti-parallel diodes. Based on the transient commutation mechanism of IGCT turn-off and the working principle of anti-parallel diodes, the equivalent circuit of the gate commutating thyristor commutated thyristor GCTT, which is composed of the drive circuit and the anti-parallel diode, is put forward when the IGCT turn-off transient is switched off. The structure of the equivalent circuit and its operating characteristics under different operating conditions are analyzed in detail. Based on the experimental results of the terminal voltage and the branch current of the IGCT turn-off transient circuit, the method of extracting the parameters of the IGCT drive turn-off circuit and the continuous current circuit is presented. By comparing the experimental results with theoretical analysis under different clamping voltages and turn-off currents, and considering the consistency of parameter extraction results, the correctness of the equivalent circuit and the theoretical analysis and the validity of the parameter extraction method are fully proved.
