超快激光合成革透濕性結(jié)構(gòu)制備

【摘要】:在對人造皮革的激光加工中,利用長脈沖激光加工人造合成革產(chǎn)生結(jié)構(gòu)破壞難以解決,因而利用超快激光對PU合成革材料打孔的物理加工方式。選用脈寬為400fs,重復(fù)頻率為50kHz的激光進(jìn)行打孔,結(jié)合有限元分析軟件仿真,分析不同布孔方式的應(yīng)力分布和氣體流量,得出正方形的布孔方式具有比較高的抗撕裂能力和透水氣能力;然后通過調(diào)整激光功率、離焦量、波長、掃描線速度以及所打孔的大小,布孔方式等,尋找出一組對激光儀器適合的具體參數(shù),并對不同布孔方式的皮革進(jìn)行抗撕裂強(qiáng)度和透水氣性檢測試驗(yàn)確認(rèn)排列方式帶來的影響與仿真吻合,最終改變孔數(shù)使得到的PU合成革滿足透水氣性提高15%,抗撕裂強(qiáng)度不低于未處理材料60%的要求。
[Abstract]:In the laser processing of synthetic leather, it is difficult to solve the structural damage caused by long pulse laser processing of synthetic leather, so the physical processing method of pu synthetic leather material is made by ultra-fast laser. Laser with a pulse width of 400fs and a repetition rate of 50kHz was used to drill holes. The stress distribution and gas flow rate of different hole placement modes were analyzed by using finite element analysis software simulation. By adjusting laser power, defocus, wavelength, scanning line speed, the size of the perforated hole, and the arrangement of holes, etc., it is concluded that the square hole arrangement method has higher tear resistance and air permeability, and then by adjusting the laser power, defocus, wavelength, scanning line speed, the size of the hole, etc. Find out a set of suitable parameters for the laser instrument, and verify the effect of arrangement mode on the tear strength and water permeability of leather with different hole arrangement. Finally, changing the number of pores makes the pu synthetic leather meet the requirement of improving the permeability of water and gas by 15%, and the tear strength is not less than 60% of the untreated material.
