【摘要】:基于CSMC 0.25μm BCD工藝,設(shè)計了一種高精度的可調(diào)閾值產(chǎn)生電路,采用一個7位的DAC和兩個5位的DAC結(jié)合電阻分壓產(chǎn)生8個輸出電壓,且輸出電壓可調(diào),精度高。仿真結(jié)果表明,對于5位的DAC電路,最大的誤差為0.002V,對于基準(zhǔn)為1V的電壓而言其相對誤差只有0.2%,實際測試結(jié)果表明電路的最大誤差為0.98%。因此,該電路具有面積小、功耗低、精度高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。該電路可用于新型射線探測器材料——碲鋅鎘晶體(CdZnTe,簡稱CZT)探測器和其他需要可調(diào)多閾值電壓的應(yīng)用場合。
[Abstract]:Based on the CSMC 0.25 渭 m BCD process, a high precision adjustable threshold generating circuit is designed. A 7-bit DAC and two five-bit DAC combined with resistor are used to generate 8 output voltages. The output voltage is adjustable and the precision is high. The simulation results show that the maximum error is 0.002V for 5-bit DAC circuit, and only 0.2V for the voltage with reference of 1V. The actual test results show that the maximum error of the circuit is 0.98. Therefore, the circuit has the advantages of small area, low power consumption and high precision. The circuit can be used in the applications of a new type of ray-detector material, CZTTE (CZTTE) detector and other applications which need to adjust multi-threshold voltage.
