高溫合金激光環(huán)切打孔技術(shù)

【摘要】:采用控制變量法對(duì)GH4037高溫合金進(jìn)行了激光環(huán)切打孔實(shí)驗(yàn),得到了脈沖能量、離焦量、環(huán)切速度、環(huán)切圈數(shù)對(duì)小孔錐度和上下孔徑的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,脈沖能量和離焦量對(duì)小孔孔徑和錐度的影響較大,而環(huán)切速度和環(huán)切圈數(shù)主要影響小孔的形貌。離焦量的絕對(duì)值越大,熱影響區(qū)、上孔徑和錐度也越大;增加環(huán)切圈數(shù)及適當(dāng)?shù)沫h(huán)切速度(3~6mm/min)有助于提升小孔的質(zhì)量,使孔口堆積物減少,且孔的圓度較好。
[Abstract]:The effect of pulse energy, defocus, circumferential tangent velocity and annulus number on the taper and the upper and lower aperture of GH4037 superalloy were obtained by using the control variable method. The results show that the pulse energy and defocus have great influence on the pore diameter and taper, while the ring cutting speed and the annular circle number mainly affect the morphology of the pore. The larger the absolute value of defocus, the larger the heat affected zone, the larger the aperture and the taper, and the higher the circumferential circle number and the proper annular cutting speed are, the higher the quality of the pore is, the less the accumulation of the hole is, and the better the roundness of the hole is.
