汽車與信息技術(shù)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)造模式對比——通用汽車和蘋果公司案例

【摘要】:本文以產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)造為切入點(diǎn),對汽車企業(yè)如何在新一輪科技革命下以信息技術(shù)企業(yè)為參考對象進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)造模式重構(gòu)進(jìn)行了研究。以通用汽車和蘋果公司為例,闡釋了汽車與IT企業(yè)在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、產(chǎn)品與企業(yè)三個(gè)層面固有的不同特點(diǎn);并從產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)造團(tuán)隊(duì)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)品決策、產(chǎn)品研發(fā)與制造、供應(yīng)鏈管理等四個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)對汽車與IT企業(yè)進(jìn)行了對比分析和差異解讀;最終,梳理提出了汽車企業(yè)在產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)造模式創(chuàng)新方面借鑒IT企業(yè)的具體策略與針對性建議,為相關(guān)企業(yè)提供決策參考。
[Abstract]:Taking product creation as the starting point, this paper studies how to reconstruct the product creation mode of automobile enterprises under the new round of science and technology revolution with information technology enterprises as the reference object. Taking General Motors and Apple as an example, this paper illustrates the inherent characteristics of automobile and IT enterprises in three levels: industrial chain, product and enterprise, and from the organizational structure of product creation team, product decision-making, product research and development and manufacturing. Supply chain management and other four links of automotive and IT enterprises were compared and interpreted the differences; finally, carding out the automotive enterprises in the product creation model innovation aspects of specific strategies and targeted recommendations for IT enterprises, To provide decision-making reference for related enterprises.
