基于SIR混合電磁耦合濾波器的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:濾波器是無線電通信系統(tǒng)中許多設(shè)計問題的關(guān)鍵,它的性能直接影響著整個系統(tǒng)的性能。近年來,由于無線通信系統(tǒng)和便攜式系統(tǒng)的飛速發(fā)展,要求濾波器朝著高性能、小型化、低成本的方向發(fā)展。本論文提出了一系列新型階梯型阻抗諧振器(SIR),這些諧振器具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、易于集成,諧波可調(diào)等優(yōu)點。以此類諧振器為基礎(chǔ),應(yīng)用混合電磁耦合技術(shù)設(shè)計的濾波器可通過在帶外引入多個傳輸零點,改善濾波器的帶外抑制特性。這些濾波器具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、帶外抑制度高、傳輸零點可調(diào)等特點。首先,本文對濾波器的基本指標、基本函數(shù)、混合電磁耦合的意義、混合電磁耦合濾波器綜合函數(shù)進行了詳細的說明。然后,論文對傳統(tǒng)四分之一波長SIR進行了較詳細的分析,對由傳統(tǒng)四分之一波長SIR組成的二階混合電磁耦合濾波器做了深刻的剖析。利用SIR結(jié)構(gòu)和混合電磁技術(shù)設(shè)計了一款四階寬帶濾波器。然后,對新型環(huán)形SIR結(jié)構(gòu)進行分析;利用環(huán)形SIR,設(shè)計了二階、三階、四階濾波器;將環(huán)形SIR短路端內(nèi)置與傳統(tǒng)SIR結(jié)合設(shè)計了一款三階單通帶濾波器。對傳統(tǒng)SIR進行改進設(shè)計了一款扇形SIR結(jié)構(gòu),用扇形SIR設(shè)計了一款四階圓形單通帶濾波器。最后,論文對新型枝節(jié)加載SIR做了詳細的理論分析;以此諧振器為基礎(chǔ),應(yīng)用混合電磁耦合技術(shù)設(shè)計了一款枝節(jié)加載雙通帶濾波器。運用環(huán)形SIR結(jié)構(gòu)代替加載枝節(jié)SIR中的傳統(tǒng)SIR結(jié)構(gòu),應(yīng)用混合電磁耦合技術(shù)設(shè)計了另一款雙通帶濾波器。然后將加載枝節(jié)環(huán)形SIR的短路枝節(jié)內(nèi)置利用缺陷地技術(shù)和源負載耦合技術(shù)設(shè)計了一系列的雙通帶濾波器。最后運用環(huán)形SIR和傳統(tǒng)SIR結(jié)構(gòu),運用并聯(lián)通帶法設(shè)計了一款混合電磁耦合雙通帶濾波器。以上所有的雙通帶濾波器均引入了多個傳輸零點,這些零點提高了濾波器的頻率選擇特性。
[Abstract]:Filter is the key to many design problems in radio communication system, and its performance directly affects the performance of the whole system. In recent years, due to the rapid development of wireless communication systems and portable systems, filters are required to develop in the direction of high performance, miniaturization and low cost. In this paper, a series of new stepped impedance resonators are proposed. These resonators have the advantages of compact structure, easy integration and adjustable harmonics. Based on this kind of resonator, the filter designed by using hybrid electromagnetic coupling technology can improve the out-of-band suppression characteristics by introducing several transmission zeros out of the band. These filters have the advantages of compact structure, high out-band suppression and adjustable transmission zero. First of all, the basic index, basic function, the significance of hybrid electromagnetic coupling and the synthesis function of hybrid electromagnetic coupling filter are described in detail in this paper. Then, the traditional 1/4 wavelength SIR is analyzed in detail, and the second-order hybrid electromagnetic coupling filter composed of traditional 1/4 wavelength SIR is deeply analyzed. A four-order wideband filter is designed using SIR structure and hybrid electromagnetic technology. The second order, third order and fourth order filters are designed by using the annular sir. A third order single pass band filter is designed by combining the short end of the ring SIR with the traditional SIR. A sector SIR structure is designed by improving the traditional SIR and a fourth order circular single pass band filter is designed by sector SIR. Finally, this paper makes a detailed theoretical analysis of the new branch loaded SIR, and based on the resonator, designs a branch loaded double pass band filter using hybrid electromagnetic coupling technology. In this paper, the ring SIR structure is used to replace the traditional SIR structure in the loaded branch SIR, and the hybrid electromagnetic coupling technique is used to design another double pass band filter. Then, a series of double pass band filters are designed by using defect ground technique and source-load coupling technology. Finally, a hybrid electromagnetic coupling double pass band filter is designed by using ring SIR and traditional SIR structure. All of the above double pass band filters introduce multiple transmission zeros, which improve the frequency selection characteristics of the filters.
