基于二氧化碲晶體的窄帶聲光濾波技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:聲光可調(diào)濾波器(AOTF)是一種新型分光器件,它可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對光信號的快速電調(diào)諧。與傳統(tǒng)的分光器件相比,AOTF具有許多獨(dú)特的優(yōu)點(diǎn),例如體積小巧;孔徑角大;采用電信號進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),調(diào)諧靈活迅速和衍射效率高等。正是由于這些優(yōu)點(diǎn),使得它被廣泛應(yīng)用于光譜成像、光譜分析以及光通信等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域;诙趸诰w制成的AOTF是一種非共線型AOTF,與共線型AOTF相比,其光譜分辨率會有所降低。而光譜分辨率是評價(jià)AOTF性能的一個重要性能指標(biāo),將直接決定著對于目標(biāo)光譜的識別、分析和檢測能力。因此,研究提高非共線AOTF光譜分辨率的有效方法,是非共線AOTF相關(guān)研究的重點(diǎn)和關(guān)健,也是AOTF得到廣泛應(yīng)用的需要。本文將以自主設(shè)計(jì)的基于二氧化碲晶體的窄帶AOTF為研究對象,完成了不同入射光方向?qū)OTF性能影響和雙晶體二次濾波的性能分析兩部分研究。不同入射光方向的聲光濾波研究表明隨著入射光極角的增大AOTF的光譜分辨率將有逐漸增大的趨勢;雙晶體二次濾波的研究結(jié)果表明該方法可以有效抑制衍射光譜信號的旁瓣其抑制量達(dá)到9.5570 dB-13.2407dB,可使AOTF的光譜分辨率提高40.4%-83.2%,這說明基于AOTF的雙晶體二次濾波技術(shù)在提高AOTF的光譜分辨率和抑制衍射信號旁瓣方面有著突出的優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:AOTFF (Acousto-Optic tunable filter) is a new type of optical spectrometer, which can realize fast electric tuning of optical signal. AOTF has many unique advantages compared with traditional spectroscopic devices, such as small size, large aperture angle, fast tuning and high diffraction efficiency. Because of these advantages, it is widely used in spectral imaging, spectral analysis, optical communication and other related fields. AOTF based on tellurium dioxide crystal is a kind of non-collinear AOTF.The spectral resolution of AOTF is lower than that of collinear AOTF. Spectral resolution is an important performance index to evaluate the performance of AOTF, which will directly determine the ability of target spectrum recognition, analysis and detection. Therefore, the research on the effective method to improve the spectral resolution of non-collinear AOTF is the focus and key of the research on non-collinear AOTF, and it is also the need for AOTF to be widely used. In this paper, the effect of different incident light directions on the performance of AOTF and the performance analysis of double crystal secondary filter are completed by taking the self-designed narrow-band AOTF based on tellurium oxide crystal as the research object. The study of acousto-optic filter with different incident light direction shows that the spectral resolution of AOTF will increase gradually with the increase of incident light pole angle. The results of double crystal quadratic filtering show that this method can effectively suppress the sidelobe of diffractive spectral signal, and the suppression amount can reach 9.5570 dB-13.2407dB, and the spectral resolution of AOTF can be increased by 40.4-83.2db, which indicates that the dual-crystal quadratic filtering technique based on AOTF is proposed. High spectral resolution of AOTF and suppression of diffractive sidelobe have outstanding advantages.
