【摘要】：基于國(guó)際不確定度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)展,指出了CISPR 16-4-2:2014與現(xiàn)行國(guó)際測(cè)量不確定度指導(dǎo)性文件JCGM100:2008和JCGM 200:2012在不確定度上的矛盾之處。以CISPR 16-4-2:2014附錄B中表B.1的輸入量為例,分析并修改了表B.1中關(guān)于不確定度的問題,并對(duì)修改內(nèi)容逐條說明。該修改思路對(duì)CISPR 16-4-2:2014中其他不確定度報(bào)告同樣適用。
[Abstract]:Based on the development of international standard of uncertainty, this paper points out the contradiction between CISPR 16-4-2: 2014 and JCGM100:2008 and JCGM 200: 2012. Taking the input of Table B.1 in Appendix B of CISPR 16-4-2: 2014 as an example, this paper analyzes and modifies the uncertainty of Table B.1, and explains the revised contents one by one. The same approach applies to other uncertainty reports in CISPR 16-4-2: 2014.
