基于REC技術(shù)的激光器陣列傳感系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:分析并提出了基于重構(gòu)等效啾啁(REC)技術(shù)激光器陣列的傳感系統(tǒng)和解調(diào)算法。REC工藝滿足激光器陣列的低成本大量生產(chǎn),并具備小體積的優(yōu)勢,在未來傳感領(lǐng)域中有較大的實(shí)用價(jià)值。提出了一種激光器掃描的高效算法用來測量光纖布拉格光柵(FBG)因外界應(yīng)力而產(chǎn)生的位移量。系統(tǒng)的獨(dú)特性在于陣列激光器通道僅需調(diào)諧0.4 nm采樣數(shù)據(jù),取代了掃描FBG主功率峰,并且算法在FBG的任意譜段均適用,可以用于多通道波峰復(fù)用的FBG傳感網(wǎng)絡(luò)中。在單通道和四通道的實(shí)驗(yàn)中對FBG反射譜的位移進(jìn)行精確定位,初步實(shí)驗(yàn)證明了該系統(tǒng)和算法的有效性和可行性。算法得出單通道中心波長與實(shí)際中心波長誤差均在5 pm以下,四通道可以到達(dá)在2 pm以下,應(yīng)力與算法結(jié)果中心波長呈現(xiàn)很好的線性度。對今后多通道激光陣列傳感具有一定參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The sensor system based on reconstructed equivalent chirped chirped chirped laser array and its demodulation algorithm .REC process are analyzed and proposed to meet the low cost and mass production of laser array, and have the advantage of small volume. It has great practical value in the field of sensing in the future. An efficient laser scanning algorithm is proposed to measure the displacement of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) due to external stress. The uniqueness of the system lies in the fact that the array laser channel only needs to tune 0.4 nm sampling data instead of scanning the main power peak of FBG. The algorithm is applicable to any spectrum of FBG and can be used in multichannel wavelength multiplexing FBG sensor networks. The displacement of FBG reflectance spectrum is accurately located in single-channel and four-channel experiments, and the effectiveness and feasibility of the system and the algorithm are proved by the preliminary experiments. The error between the center wavelength of the single channel and the actual center wavelength is less than 5 pm, and that of the four channels is less than 2 pm. The linearity between the stress and the center wavelength of the algorithm is very good. It has certain reference value for multichannel laser array sensor in the future.
