程控式半導(dǎo)體激光器恒流源的通信接口設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)不斷向前發(fā)展,,電子電器設(shè)備涌現(xiàn)出越來越多的由計(jì)算機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程控制的程控儀器和設(shè)備,計(jì)算機(jī)與外圍設(shè)備之間的良好通信問題成為當(dāng)下電子電器領(lǐng)域的主要研究課題。由于現(xiàn)代技術(shù)導(dǎo)致的計(jì)算機(jī)和外圍設(shè)備之間的數(shù)據(jù)通信量越來越大,數(shù)據(jù)類型越來越復(fù)雜,對(duì)通信要求越來越高,傳統(tǒng)的通信方式已經(jīng)漸漸地不能適應(yīng)當(dāng)下飛速發(fā)展的電子科技。此時(shí),USB(UniversalSerialBus)以其獨(dú)有的速度快、使用靈活方便、支持熱插拔等優(yōu)勢(shì)迅速占領(lǐng)了通信傳輸界的市場(chǎng),從此,串行通信總線技術(shù)在計(jì)算機(jī)通信和自動(dòng)控制領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。 本文首先分析了半導(dǎo)體激光器恒流驅(qū)動(dòng)器的一系列優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),并根據(jù)現(xiàn)有國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀提出了半導(dǎo)體激光器恒流驅(qū)動(dòng)器所面臨的瓶頸問題,提出了解決這一問題客觀必要性和迫切性。同時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)了單片機(jī)技術(shù)和串行通信理論,了解了USB總線系統(tǒng)的基本特征、通信協(xié)議等基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),掌握了USB通信的基本原理和過程,在實(shí)驗(yàn)室原有程控儀器半導(dǎo)體激光器恒流驅(qū)動(dòng)器的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)完成對(duì)半導(dǎo)體激光器恒流驅(qū)動(dòng)器的上位機(jī)控制工作。 接著,本論文著重研究了半導(dǎo)體激光器恒流源的工作原理和運(yùn)行方式,在其原有硬件環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用面向?qū)ο缶幊痰腗FC編程模塊成功編譯了具有上位機(jī)控制功能的系統(tǒng)軟件,達(dá)到了由計(jì)算機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程控制半導(dǎo)體激光器恒流驅(qū)動(dòng)器的目的。與此同時(shí),本論文應(yīng)用該上位機(jī)控制軟件,對(duì)不同的工作模式下的恒流源工作時(shí)電流進(jìn)行采樣,并利用MATLAB對(duì)所得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理分析,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)恒流源的穩(wěn)定性研究。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of science and technology, more and more program-controlled instruments and devices controlled by computers have sprung up. The problem of good communication between computers and peripherals has become the main research topic in the field of electronics and electrical appliances. As a result of modern technology, the amount of data communication between computers and peripherals is increasing, the data types are becoming more and more complex, and the communication requirements are becoming higher and higher. The traditional communication mode has been gradually unable to adapt to the rapid development of electronic technology. At this time, the USBU Universal Serial bus (USB) has occupied the market of the communication transportation field rapidly because of its unique speed, flexibility and convenience, supporting hot swapping and so on. Since then, the serial communication bus technology has been widely used in the field of computer communication and automatic control. In this paper, firstly, a series of advantages and disadvantages of semiconductor laser constant current driver are analyzed, and the bottleneck problem of semiconductor laser constant current driver is put forward according to the current research situation at home and abroad. The objective necessity and urgency of solving this problem are put forward. At the same time, we study the technology of single-chip computer and serial communication theory, understand the basic characteristics of USB bus system, communication protocol and other basic knowledge, master the basic principle and process of USB communication. On the basis of the original program controlled instrument semiconductor laser constant current driver in laboratory, the upper computer control of semiconductor laser constant current driver is designed and completed. Then, this paper focuses on the working principle and operation mode of semiconductor laser constant current source, based on its original hardware environment. The system software with the function of upper computer control is compiled successfully by using the MFC programming module of object-oriented programming, and the purpose of remote controlling the constant current driver of semiconductor laser by computer is achieved. At the same time, this paper applies the control software of the host computer to sample the current of the constant current source under different working modes, and to process and analyze the obtained data by using MATLAB to realize the stability research of the constant current source.
