【摘要】:針對某型號設備需要,設計了一種Ka頻段高功率、超窄帶濾波器,采用圓波導高次模結構,利用耦合矩陣系數(shù)法,結合三維電磁場仿真對濾波器進行了分析,優(yōu)化出結構尺寸,給出了該濾波器的仿真結果,并對該濾波器在常壓和真空環(huán)境下所能承受的功率進行了近似分析,最終設計了一款相對帶寬約0.1%的Ka頻段高功率超窄帶帶通濾波器,經過調試,整個通帶插入損耗小于0.4 d B,帶內駐波小于1.25,帶內平坦度小于0.2 d B,與仿真計算結果基本一致。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of a certain type of equipment, a Ka-band high-power, ultra-narrow band filter is designed. The high order mode structure of circular waveguide is adopted, and the coupling matrix coefficient method is used to analyze the filter in combination with three-dimensional electromagnetic field simulation, and the structure size is optimized. The simulation results of the filter are given, and the power of the filter under atmospheric pressure and vacuum environment is analyzed approximately. Finally, a Ka-band high-power ultra-narrowband bandpass filter with about 0.1% relative bandwidth is designed and debugged. The insertion loss of the whole passband is less than 0.4 dB, the in-band standing wave is less than 1.25, and the in-band flatness is less than 0.2 dB, which is in good agreement with the simulation results.
