重復(fù)頻率脈沖激光與鋁合金熱作用過程的數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:激光應(yīng)用的重要基礎(chǔ)是激光與物質(zhì)相互作用物理學(xué),重復(fù)頻率長(zhǎng)脈沖激光對(duì)金屬材料的作用主要體現(xiàn)在熱作用上。鋁合金是工業(yè)應(yīng)用上使用范圍最廣泛的材料之一,所以研究重復(fù)頻率脈沖激光對(duì)鋁合金的熱作用過程具有重要的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。本文基于傳熱學(xué)基本理論,使用經(jīng)典傅里葉熱傳導(dǎo)方程,應(yīng)用有限元數(shù)值計(jì)算方法,建立了重復(fù)頻率脈沖激光作用于鋁合金的溫升計(jì)算模型。使用等效比熱容法對(duì)相變問題進(jìn)行了處理,同時(shí)考慮了鋁合金熱物理參數(shù)隨溫度變化的情況,計(jì)算了不同脈沖激光的重復(fù)頻率和能量密度下,鋁合金溫度場(chǎng)的空間和時(shí)間分布,并對(duì)鋁合金的氣化閾值和溫度回落過程進(jìn)行了計(jì)算與分析,得到了鋁合金溫度場(chǎng)的時(shí)空分布隨脈沖激光的重復(fù)頻率和能量密度的變化規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:The important foundation of laser application is the physics of the interaction between laser and matter. The effect of long pulse laser with repetition rate on metal material is mainly reflected in thermal action. Aluminum alloy is one of the most widely used materials in industrial application. Based on the basic theory of heat transfer, using the classical Fourier heat conduction equation and the finite element numerical calculation method, the temperature rise calculation model of aluminum alloy acting on repeated frequency pulsed laser is established in this paper. The equivalent specific heat capacity method is used to deal with the phase transformation problem. The temperature field spatial and temporal distributions of aluminum alloy under different pulse laser repetition frequency and energy density are calculated by taking into account the variation of thermal physical parameters of aluminum alloy with temperature. The vaporization threshold and temperature drop process of aluminum alloy were calculated and analyzed. The time and space distribution of temperature field of aluminum alloy varied with the repetition rate and energy density of pulsed laser.
