【摘要】:硅雪崩光電二極管(Si-APD)的雪崩電壓對(duì)溫度極大地限制了基于Si-APD的單光子探測(cè)器在全天候野外條件下的實(shí)際應(yīng)用。提出了一種可以在大環(huán)境溫度變化范圍內(nèi)穩(wěn)定工作的Si-APD單光子探測(cè)技術(shù)。通過(guò)制冷與數(shù)字偏壓補(bǔ)償相結(jié)合的技術(shù),自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償Si-APD的工作溫度漂移,保持穩(wěn)定的雪崩增益。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明在-40~45℃的溫度范圍內(nèi)采用該技術(shù)的單光子探測(cè)器工作穩(wěn)定。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明采用溫漂自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償?shù)募夹g(shù)后,Si-APD單光子探測(cè)器具備了在溫度變化較大的外場(chǎng)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的能力,為機(jī)載或星載光子計(jì)數(shù)激光測(cè)量提供了高穩(wěn)定性的單光子探測(cè)技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:The avalanche voltage of silicon avalanche photodiode (Si-APD) greatly limits the practical application of single-photon detector based on Si-APD in all-weather field conditions. In this paper, a Si-APD single photon detection technique, which can work stably in large ambient temperature range, is proposed. Through the combination of refrigeration and digital bias compensation, the temperature drift of Si-APD can be compensated automatically, and the avalanche gain can be maintained. The experimental results show that the single photon detector using this technique is stable in the temperature range of -40 鈩,
