【摘要】：高硅鋁合金是一種輕質(zhì)材料,具有良好的導(dǎo)電性、低的熱膨脹系數(shù)、穩(wěn)定的化學(xué)性質(zhì)、良好的機加工性能,在電子信息行業(yè)和航空航天中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。從焊縫的微觀組織、焊縫成型、焊縫氣孔率、硬度等四個方面研究不同工藝參數(shù)下Al-30Si合金的CMT焊接性能。送絲速度3.0 m/min、焊接速度500 mm/min是Al-30Si合金CMT焊接的最佳參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:High silicon aluminum alloy is a kind of light material with good electrical conductivity, low thermal expansion coefficient, stable chemical property and good machinability. It has been widely used in electronic information industry and aerospace industry. The CMT welding properties of Al-30Si alloy under different process parameters were studied from four aspects: microstructure, weld forming, weld porosity and hardness. Wire feeding speed of 3.0 m / min and welding speed of 500 mm/min are the best parameters for CMT welding of Al-30Si alloy.
