廢舊印刷電路板中電子元器件回收處理技術(shù)進展

【摘要】:電子元器件廣泛應(yīng)用于電子電器設(shè)備中,但由于產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代和電子電器產(chǎn)業(yè)市場的膨脹,大量的電子元器件被丟棄。對電子元器件的資源性和危害性進行分析,綜合評述了電子元器件回收利用的最新研究進展和成果,主要包括電子元器件的拆卸技術(shù)(解錫方法和分離方法)和回收技術(shù)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了廢舊印刷電路板中電子元器件的無害化和資源化回收研究新動向及發(fā)展建議。
[Abstract]:Electronic components are widely used in electronic and electrical equipment, but a large number of electronic components have been discarded due to the upgrading of products and the expansion of electronic and electrical industry market. This paper analyzes the resource and harmfulness of electronic components, and reviews the latest research progress and achievements in the recycling of electronic components, including the disassembly technology (soldering method and separation method) and the recovery technology of electronic components. On this basis, the new trends and development suggestions of harmless and resource recovery of electronic components in waste printed circuit boards are put forward.
