傳輸零點(diǎn)可控的矩形腔體多模帶通濾波器的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著近年來(lái)通信行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,尤其是2013年工信部正式向三大電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商發(fā)放4G牌照,對(duì)通信系統(tǒng)提出了更高的要求。濾波器作為通信系統(tǒng)中的一個(gè)不可缺少的關(guān)鍵器件,不僅對(duì)通信質(zhì)量有著深刻影響,更對(duì)整個(gè)通信系統(tǒng)的體積、成本起到制約作用,所以研究濾波器對(duì)通信行業(yè)的發(fā)展具有十分重要的理論意義和潛在的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。腔體濾波器是濾波器發(fā)展史上古老而又具有持久生命力的一種類(lèi)型,憑借其高功率容量、低損耗、高Q值等優(yōu)點(diǎn),被廣泛地應(yīng)用于數(shù)字電視廣播、衛(wèi)星通信、基站等應(yīng)用中,是現(xiàn)在通信系統(tǒng)中重要的組成部分之一。本文從矩形腔體濾波器入手,主要研究點(diǎn)和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在以下幾個(gè)方面:(一)設(shè)計(jì)了一系列多模帶通濾波器,該一系列濾波器的特點(diǎn)在于具有一對(duì)獨(dú)立可控的傳輸零點(diǎn),也即是說(shuō),這兩個(gè)傳輸零點(diǎn)可以獨(dú)立地任意放在通帶的左側(cè)或者右側(cè),提高了濾波器實(shí)用性。在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,解釋了不同模式被激勵(lì)的原因,對(duì)腔體濾波器的研究和拓展具有一定的指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。(二)設(shè)計(jì)了一系列的多頻帶濾波器,有雙頻的,有三頻的。設(shè)計(jì)的多頻帶濾波器的特點(diǎn)在于結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,性能良好。如果應(yīng)用在通信系統(tǒng)中,可以減小通信系統(tǒng)的體積。(三)結(jié)合上面設(shè)計(jì)的多模帶通濾波器和多頻帶濾波器,設(shè)計(jì)了U型槽線下的一款多模帶通濾波器和一款三頻帶通濾波器,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了前面的設(shè)計(jì)理論和分析過(guò)程。(四)指出了后續(xù)研究方向的可行性,為進(jìn)一步深入研究矩形腔體濾波器、拓展濾波器的功能給出了一些思路和研究方向。需要指出的是,本文中設(shè)計(jì)的所有腔體濾波器中均沒(méi)有像傳統(tǒng)腔體濾波器那樣加入一些耦合調(diào)節(jié)元素,例如螺釘、切角等,保持了腔體的完整性,也降低了加工成本。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the communication industry in recent years, especially in 2013, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued 4G licenses to the three major telecom operators, which put forward higher requirements for the communication system. As an indispensable key device in the communication system, filter not only has a profound impact on the communication quality, but also restricts the volume and cost of the whole communication system. Therefore, the study of filter has very important theoretical significance and potential economic value for the development of communication industry. Cavity filter is an ancient and long-lasting type of filter in the history of its development. Because of its high power capacity, low loss, high Q value and so on, it is widely used in digital television broadcasting, satellite communication, base station and so on. It is one of the important parts of communication system. In this paper, a series of multimode band-pass filters are designed in the following aspects: (1). The characteristics of this series of filters are that they have a pair of independent and controllable transmission zeros. These two transmission zeros can be placed on the left or right side of the passband independently, which improves the filter practicability. In the design process, the reasons for different modes of excitation are explained, which has a certain guiding and reference significance for the research and expansion of cavity filter. (2) A series of multi-band filters are designed, including two-frequency and three-frequency filters. The designed multiband filter is characterized by simple structure and good performance. If applied in communication system, the volume of communication system can be reduced. (3) combining the multi-mode bandpass filter and multi-band filter designed above, a multi-mode bandpass filter and a three-band pass filter are designed under the U-shaped slot line, which further verifies the design theory and analysis process. (4) the feasibility of the following research direction is pointed out, and some ideas and research directions are given for the further study of rectangular cavity filter and the expansion of the function of the filter. It should be pointed out that none of the cavity filters designed in this paper adds some coupling adjusting elements like the traditional cavity filters, such as screws, cutting angles, etc., which keep the integrity of the cavity and reduce the processing cost.
