行波管零部件結構自動標注及誤差分析

【摘要】:行波管作為一種高功率微波放大器件,廣泛地應用于雷達、衛(wèi)星等高精尖國防領域。如何快速有效地生產高性能行波管對國防事業(yè)具有極其重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。然而,由于行波管的加工技術和設計周期所限,行波管具有生產周期長、造價高等特點。這一定程度上限制了行波管的廣泛應用。目前,關于行波管二維工程圖紙的生成方式,絕大部分企業(yè)沿用著傳統(tǒng)的手工創(chuàng)建生成的方式。新設計了一個性能良好的模型結構之后,都需要工程師手動繪制出該三維模型對應的二維工程圖紙,并對其關鍵尺寸逐一進行標注說明。這些過程中不可避免地包含了大量重復、瑣碎的工作,極大地降低了工作效率,同時也耗費了大量的人力資源。為解決這些問題,達到提高生產效率的目的,亟需二維圖紙的自動生成技術。本文通過C++對UG軟件進行二次開發(fā),重點對行波管零部件尺寸如何實現(xiàn)自動標注進行研究,最終達到二維工程圖紙自動化生成的目的。本文首先結合相關專家學者對尺寸自動標注方面的研究成果,提出了基于模型棱邊尺寸的自動化標注方案。通過相應的UG/OPEN API函數(shù)創(chuàng)建指定圖幅大小的圖紙載體,并導入三維模型的視圖信息。然后獲取模型的棱邊并按其棱邊類型和方向對其進行分類和簡單的去重操作,接著在對應的視圖上對需要標注的棱邊進行尺寸標注。最后為圖紙加上圖框和明細欄部件,并對明細欄的部分關鍵信息進行自動填寫,最終得到完整的二維工程圖紙。本文主要運用計算機高級語言實現(xiàn)圖紙自動生成,這種方式不具有普適性。為了方便廣大用戶對本課題成果的使用,本文自定義了一套淺顯易懂、上手迅速的上層偽代碼。該偽代碼主要由特定的英文關鍵詞和數(shù)字信息組成。通過讀取該偽代碼組成的文件來實現(xiàn)圖紙的自動生成。用戶在使用過程中只需要編寫相應的偽代碼文件就可以實現(xiàn)指定功能,具有很強的靈活性。最后,本文對行波管無柵電子槍部件的關鍵尺寸進行誤差分析。通過MTSS對其進行仿真計算,得到相應尺寸對該結構性能影響較小的尺寸誤差范圍。
[Abstract]:As a kind of high power microwave amplifier, TWT is widely used in radar, satellite and so on. How to produce high performance TWT quickly and effectively is of great strategic significance to national defense. However, due to the limited processing technology and design cycle of TWT, TWT has the characteristics of long production cycle and high cost. To some extent, the application of TWT is limited. At present, most enterprises use the traditional manual creation method to generate the 2D engineering drawings of TWT. After the new design of a model structure with good performance, it is necessary for engineers to manually draw the 2D engineering drawings corresponding to the 3D model, and to annotate the key dimensions one by one. These processes inevitably involve a large number of repetitive and trivial tasks, which greatly reduce the efficiency of work and consume a lot of human resources. In order to solve these problems and improve production efficiency, the automatic generation of 2D drawings is urgently needed. In this paper, UG software is redeveloped by C, and how to realize automatic dimensioning of TWT parts is studied in order to achieve the goal of automatic generation of 2D engineering drawings. In this paper, an automatic dimensioning scheme based on model edge dimension is proposed based on the research results of relevant experts and scholars. The corresponding UG/OPEN API function is used to create the drawing carrier with specified drawing size and to import the view information of the 3D model. Then the edges of the model are obtained and classified according to the type and direction of the edges. Then the edges that need to be labeled are dimensioned on the corresponding view. Finally, the drawing frame and detail bar parts are added to the drawing, and some key information of the detail column are automatically filled in, finally the complete two-dimensional engineering drawings are obtained. This article mainly uses the computer advanced language to realize the drawing automatic generation, this kind of way does not have the universality. In order to facilitate the users to use the results of this subject, this paper defines a simple and easy to understand, rapid use of the upper pseudo code. The pseudo code is mainly composed of specific English keywords and digital information. By reading the pseudo code composed of files to achieve the automatic generation of drawings. Users only need to write the corresponding pseudo code files in the process of use to achieve the specified function, which has a strong flexibility. Finally, the error analysis of the key dimensions of the traveling wave tube (TWT) without grating electron gun is carried out. Through the simulation of the structure by MTSS, the dimension error range of the structure is obtained, which has less influence on the performance of the structure.
