用N235從低濃度硫酸溶液中萃取鍺試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:研究了采用N235從低濃度硫酸溶液中萃取回收鍺,考察了酒石酸用量、有機(jī)相組成、相比(VO/VA)、溫度、接觸時(shí)間、料液pH對鍺萃取率的影響,也考察了反萃取劑濃度、相比(VO/VA)、接觸時(shí)間、溫度對鍺反萃取率的影響,并繪制了反萃取等溫線。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在有機(jī)相組成為20%N235+10%TBP+70%磺化煤油、相比VO/VA=1/2、溫度25℃、萃取時(shí)間10min、料液pH=1.5、n(酒石酸)/n(鍺)=5條件下,鍺萃取率達(dá)97.15%,鋅、銅、鐵萃取率分別為1.31%、0.26%、0.11%;負(fù)載鍺的有機(jī)相用NaOH溶液(濃度為2mol/L)在相比VO/VA=7∶r1、接觸時(shí)間10min、溫度45℃條件下經(jīng)3級逆流反萃取,鍺反萃取率達(dá)99.73%,反萃取液中鍺質(zhì)量濃度為1.64g/L,鍺富集近14倍。
[Abstract]:The extraction and recovery of germanium from low concentration sulfuric acid solution with N235 were studied. The effects of the amount of tartaric acid, organic phase composition, temperature, contact time, contact time, pH value of feed liquid on the extraction rate of germanium were investigated.The influence of contact time and temperature on the stripping rate of germanium was compared with that of VAO / V, and the counterextraction isotherm was drawn.The results show that under the conditions of organic phase composition of 20%N235 10%TBP 70% sulfonated kerosene, temperature 25 鈩,
