基于三因素控制FPC阻抗

【摘要】:本研發(fā)實(shí)例課題,聚焦傳輸線的特性阻抗參數(shù)。優(yōu)化提取三因素作為自變量,以便及時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)特性阻抗參數(shù)的質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。柔性線路板(FPC)的特性阻抗控制是實(shí)現(xiàn)柔性線路板性能的重要一環(huán)。如何準(zhǔn)確快捷地解決實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中的特性阻抗控制研究具有明確的工程意義。本工作側(cè)重FPC在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的技術(shù)工藝對(duì)于特性阻抗控制影響的研究,結(jié)合生產(chǎn)模式下由于不同材料、不同結(jié)構(gòu)條件產(chǎn)生的數(shù)據(jù),針對(duì)性地設(shè)計(jì)多組生產(chǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn),通過(guò)對(duì)特性阻抗(因變量)的模擬計(jì)算對(duì)比實(shí)際間接測(cè)量,經(jīng)過(guò)驗(yàn)證,得出如下結(jié)果:(1)FPC特性阻抗線厚(H)對(duì)FPC特性阻抗有直接影響;對(duì)應(yīng)考量的自變量參數(shù)是:特性阻抗線厚(T)。(2)FPC特性阻抗線寬(W),對(duì)FPC特性阻抗有直接影響;對(duì)應(yīng)考量的自變量參數(shù)分別是:特性阻抗線寬(W)。(3)覆蓋在FPC特性阻抗線上的掩膜層厚度(T)對(duì)FPC特性阻抗有直接影響;對(duì)應(yīng)考量的自變量參數(shù)分別是:掩膜層厚度(T)。綜上試驗(yàn)得到結(jié)論有(按照貢獻(xiàn)優(yōu)先級(jí)的降冪排列):特性阻抗線厚(H),特性阻抗線寬(W),掩膜層厚度(T)是影響FPC特性阻抗的重要因素;針對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)要求和不同客戶要求,這些因素之間需要合理調(diào)配。
[Abstract]:This research and development example subject, focus transmission line characteristic impedance parameter.Three factors are extracted as independent variables to monitor the quality stability of characteristic impedance parameters in time.The characteristic impedance control of flexible circuit board (FPC) is an important part of realizing the performance of flexible circuit board.The research on how to solve the characteristic impedance control in actual production accurately and quickly has definite engineering significance.This work focuses on the study of the influence of FPC technology in the production process on the characteristic impedance control. Combining with the data produced by different materials and different structural conditions under the production mode, the multi-group production experiments are designed pertinently.By comparing the simulation calculation of characteristic impedance (dependent variable) with the actual indirect measurement, it is verified that the following results are obtained: 1) the characteristic impedance line thickness (H) has direct influence on the characteristic impedance of FPC.The parameters of independent variables are as follows: the line width of characteristic impedance of FPC is directly affected by the line thickness of characteristic impedance.The parameters of independent variables considered are as follows: the thickness of the mask (T) overlaid on the characteristic impedance line of FPC has a direct effect on the characteristic impedance of FPC, and the parameter of independent parameter is: the thickness of the mask layer is T ~ ((1)), and the parameter of the independent parameter is: the thickness of the mask layer is T ~ ((3)).It is concluded from the above experiment that (according to the descending power of the contribution priority, the characteristic impedance line thickness, the characteristic impedance line width, the mask thickness and the thickness of the mask layer) are the important factors affecting the characteristic impedance of FPC, and the structural requirements and different customer requirements are considered.These factors need to be properly deployed.
