高幀頻DMD紅外景象仿真設(shè)備電路與光學(xué)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:針對紅外半實(shí)物仿真試驗(yàn)中DMD紅外景象仿真設(shè)備存在的時(shí)序同步、高幀頻顯示、光學(xué)匹配等使用問題,設(shè)計(jì)與研制了一套能夠與常見被測紅外凝視成像設(shè)備匹配使用的基于DMD的紅外景象仿真設(shè)備。首先提出了合理可行的同步延時(shí)驅(qū)動方案和顯示控制方案,設(shè)計(jì)與研制了同步信號處理電路和驅(qū)動電路,實(shí)現(xiàn)了仿真圖像的時(shí)序同步和高幀頻顯示;其次根據(jù)常見被測紅外凝視成像設(shè)備的光學(xué)參數(shù),進(jìn)行了光學(xué)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與仿真,研制了照明光學(xué)系統(tǒng)和投影光學(xué)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了與常見被測紅外凝視成像設(shè)備光學(xué)匹配。檢測結(jié)果表明:該設(shè)備能夠與多種被測紅外凝視成像設(shè)備在時(shí)序上保持同步,并實(shí)現(xiàn)光學(xué)匹配,輸出的仿真圖像幀頻可達(dá)300 Hz、最大可模擬溫度為160℃、最小可模擬溫差為0.03℃、最大圖像對比度為0.7、空間非均勻性優(yōu)于1%,已在紅外半實(shí)物仿真試驗(yàn)中發(fā)揮了巨大作用。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of timing synchronization, high frame rate display and optical matching of DMD infrared scene simulation equipment in infrared hardware-in-the-loop simulation test,An infrared scene simulation equipment based on DMD is designed and developed, which can match the common infrared staring imaging equipment.Firstly, a reasonable and feasible synchronous delay drive scheme and display control scheme are proposed. The synchronous signal processing circuit and driving circuit are designed and developed. The timing synchronization and high frame rate display of the simulation image are realized.Secondly, according to the optical parameters of the common infrared staring imaging equipment, the optical system design and simulation are carried out, and the illuminating optical system and the projection optical system are developed, and the optical matching with the common infrared staring imaging equipment is realized.The test results show that the device can synchronize with various infrared staring imaging devices and achieve optical matching. The output simulation image frame frequency can reach 300 Hz, the maximum simulated temperature is 160 鈩,
