寬溫度范圍高精度帶隙基準(zhǔn)電壓源的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:為了滿足市場(chǎng)對(duì)寬溫度范圍、高精度帶隙基準(zhǔn)電壓源的需求,本文設(shè)計(jì)制作了一種新型帶隙基準(zhǔn)電壓電路。設(shè)計(jì)采用多點(diǎn)曲率補(bǔ)償技術(shù),在溫度較低時(shí)采用指數(shù)頻率補(bǔ)償,高溫時(shí)采用亞閾值指數(shù)曲率補(bǔ)償。采用電壓-電流轉(zhuǎn)換器對(duì)分段補(bǔ)償電流在輸出端進(jìn)行整合,進(jìn)而在-55~150℃的溫度范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行補(bǔ)償,得到低溫度系數(shù)的基準(zhǔn)電壓。設(shè)計(jì)的電路采用CSMC 0.5μm CMOS工藝驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明:5V電源電壓下,輸出1.25V的基準(zhǔn)電壓;在-55~150℃的溫度范圍內(nèi)溫度系數(shù)為2.5×10~(-6)/℃,在低頻時(shí),PSRR為-66dB。帶隙基準(zhǔn)電壓源芯片面積為0.40mm×0.45mm。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the market demand for wide temperature range and high precision bandgap voltage reference, a new band-gap voltage reference circuit is designed and fabricated in this paper.The multi-point curvature compensation technique is used in the design, the exponential frequency compensation is used when the temperature is low, and the subthreshold exponential curvature compensation is used at high temperature.The voltage-current converter is used to integrate the piecewise compensation current in the output, and then the reference voltage with low temperature coefficient is obtained by compensating in the temperature range of -55 ~ 150 鈩,
