超材料微波帶通濾波器的仿真設(shè)計與實驗研究

【摘要】:超材料是一種自然界中不存在的、人工合成的復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)或復(fù)合材料,它具有一些天然材料所不具備的超常物理性質(zhì),如負(fù)折射率、逆多普勒效應(yīng),具有重要的應(yīng)用前景,因而受到了人們的極大關(guān)注;诔牧系脑O(shè)計理念,人們經(jīng)過合理的設(shè)計,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)具有較高性能濾波特性的帶通濾波器。本文設(shè)計了四種基于金屬(Metal)-介質(zhì)(Dielectric)-金屬(Metal)(MDM)夾層結(jié)構(gòu)的超材料微波帶通濾波器,并在理論和實驗上研究了它們的濾波特性,主要結(jié)果如下:(1)設(shè)計了兩種多波段超材料微波帶通濾波器。研究表明雙波段帶通濾波器在0-12 GHz頻率范圍內(nèi)具有兩個穩(wěn)定的透射通帶,兩個通帶-3 dB頻率范圍為3.50-4.55 GHz和7.69-8.55 GHz,中心頻率為4.03 GHz和8.12 GHz,相應(yīng)的透過率為-0.30 dB和-0.25 dB;三波段帶通濾波器在4-16 GHz頻率范圍內(nèi)具有三個穩(wěn)定的透射通帶,三個通帶-3 dB頻率范圍為5.35-6.80 GHz、8.33-9.75 GHz和11.12-12.43 GHz,中心頻率為6.07 GHz、9.04 GHz和11.77 GHz,相應(yīng)的透過率為-0.15 dB、-0.28 dB和-1.09 d B。兩種濾波器均具有極化不敏感和大角度入射穩(wěn)定的特性。此外,研究還發(fā)現(xiàn)基片集成波導(dǎo)(Substrate Integrated Waveguide,SIW)技術(shù)的引入能有效改善三波段帶通濾波器的大角度入射性能表現(xiàn)。(2)設(shè)計了兩種可調(diào)超材料微波帶通濾波器。研究表明機(jī)械可調(diào)帶通濾波器在8-12 GHz頻率范圍內(nèi)存在一個唯一的諧振頻點。諧振頻率隨著兩個結(jié)構(gòu)之間的距離的變化而變化,且二者近似成線性關(guān)系;電可調(diào)帶通濾波器在不加饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)時在4-10 GHz頻率范圍內(nèi)僅存在一個諧振頻點。隨著變?nèi)荻䴓O管電容值的增大,諧振頻率朝著低頻方向移動。而加入饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)后則存在兩個諧振頻點,其中一個諧振頻率隨著電容的增大依然朝著低頻方向移動,而另一個諧振頻率基本維持不變,這也表明該模式來源于饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)的引入。這四種具有不同濾波特性的超材料濾波器能夠被用作帶通濾波器,并有望在微波通訊、多頻成像以及軍事技術(shù)等領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Metamaterials are synthetic composite structures or composites that do not exist in nature. They have some supernormal physical properties, such as negative refractive index, inverse Doppler effect, which have important application prospects.As a result, people pay great attention to it.Based on the design concept of metamaterials, the bandpass filter with high performance can be realized by reasonable design.In this paper, four kinds of metamaterial microwave band-pass filters based on metal-metallic-dielectric-dielectric structure are designed, and their filtering characteristics are studied theoretically and experimentally.The main results are as follows: 1) two kinds of multi-band supermaterial microwave band-pass filters are designed.It is shown that the dual-band bandpass filter has two stable transmission passbands in the 0-12 GHz frequency range.The three pass band -3 dB frequency ranges from 5.35 to 6.80 GHz (8.33-9.75 GHz) and 11.12-12.43 GHz. The central frequencies are 6.07 GHz (9.04 GHz) and 11.77 GHz. The corresponding transmittance is -0.15 dB -0.28 dB and -1.09 dB.Both filters are polarization-insensitive and stable at large angles.In addition, it is also found that the introduction of substrate Integrated waveguide guide siw technology can effectively improve the large angle incidence performance of three-band bandpass filters. Two kinds of tunable supermaterial microwave band-pass filters are designed.It is shown that the mechanical tunable band-pass filter has a unique resonance frequency in the 8-12 GHz frequency range.The resonant frequency varies with the distance between the two structures, and the two are approximately linear. There is only one resonant frequency point in the 4-10 GHz frequency range of the electrically tunable band-pass filter without the feed network.With the increase of capacitance, the resonant frequency moves to the low frequency direction.There are two resonant frequency points after adding the feed network, one of which moves to the low frequency with the increase of the capacitance, while the other is basically unchanged, which indicates that the mode comes from the introduction of the feed network.These four kinds of metamaterial filters with different filtering characteristics can be used as bandpass filters and are expected to play an important role in microwave communication, multi-frequency imaging and military technology.
