實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)在電子工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用與研究

【摘要】:在電子工業(yè)生產(chǎn)日益發(fā)達(dá)且人力成本越來(lái)越高,生產(chǎn)利潤(rùn)反而越來(lái)越低的情況下,對(duì)工廠生產(chǎn)、制造的挑戰(zhàn)性越來(lái)越高。對(duì)工程技術(shù)人員和生產(chǎn)線的優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)工藝,提高生產(chǎn)效率,降低生產(chǎn)成本,實(shí)現(xiàn)效益最大化的目標(biāo),提出了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。隨著最優(yōu)化理論的不斷普及與完善,最優(yōu)化分析方法的理論知識(shí)已逐漸成為工程技術(shù)管理人員所必備的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)之一。DOE (Design of Experiments)的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化方法是日常生產(chǎn)中頻繁使用到的經(jīng)典手法。通過(guò)安排較小的實(shí)驗(yàn)規(guī)模(或次數(shù)),以較短的實(shí)驗(yàn)周期與較低的實(shí)驗(yàn)成本,從眾多的干擾因子中,找出主要的因子,根據(jù)各因子之間的相互作用的影響,從而獲得相對(duì)理想的結(jié)果以及科學(xué)的結(jié)論,取得最佳方案,達(dá)到生產(chǎn)效率的提升與降低生產(chǎn)成本的目標(biāo)。 本文主要是針對(duì)工廠生產(chǎn)所使用的測(cè)試治具制作的可靠度問題,對(duì)治具制作以及所使用的材料等參數(shù)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析,以提升生產(chǎn)良率、降低生產(chǎn)異常工時(shí)的目標(biāo)。通過(guò)運(yùn)用實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的方法,從測(cè)試治具設(shè)計(jì)、驗(yàn)證、實(shí)際使用狀況等檢測(cè)角度出發(fā),對(duì)測(cè)試治具設(shè)計(jì)的信賴度進(jìn)行了探討。所得結(jié)論與實(shí)際實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,說(shuō)明本課題研究的可行性與優(yōu)異性。
[Abstract]:With the development of electronic industry and the higher labor cost and lower profit, the challenge of manufacturing is becoming higher and higher.This paper presents a severe challenge to the goal of optimizing the production process, improving the production efficiency, reducing the production cost and realizing the maximum benefit of engineering technicians and production lines.With the popularization and perfection of optimization theory,The theoretical knowledge of optimization analysis method has gradually become one of the essential basic knowledge of engineering and technical managers. DOE design of experimental design optimization method is a classical technique frequently used in daily production.By arranging a smaller scale (or number of times) of experiments, with a shorter experimental period and a lower experimental cost, the main factors were found out from the numerous interference factors, and according to the interaction between the various factors,Thus, the relative ideal results and scientific conclusions are obtained, and the best scheme is obtained to achieve the goal of improving production efficiency and reducing production cost.In this paper, aiming at the reliability problem of testing fixture making used in factory production, the parameters such as the manufacture of fixture and the materials used are analyzed in detail in order to improve the yield of production and reduce the target of abnormal working hours in production.By using the method of experimental design, the reliability of test fixture design is discussed from the point of view of test fixture design, verification and actual application.The conclusion is combined with the practice, which shows the feasibility and excellence of the research.
