【摘要】：微帶雙通帶濾波器和雙工器作為無線雙頻通信系統(tǒng)中關(guān)鍵組件,其小型化高性能是當前研究熱點之一。而在微帶濾波器的設(shè)計中,單個雙(多)模諧振器可用作雙(多)調(diào)諧電路,可使諧振器數(shù)目減少,傳輸零點增加。本文首先對中心加載SIR枝節(jié)雙模諧振器的諧振特性和采用縫隙補償技術(shù)平行耦合饋電結(jié)構(gòu)耦合特性進行了深入的研究,并基于雙模諧振器的奇偶模諧振頻率分別形成一個通帶設(shè)計的兩階雙通帶濾波器Ⅰ,兩個通帶中心頻率獨立可控,但通帶帶寬由同一個變量控制,并且尺寸較大。其次,為了減小尺寸,引入缺陷地諧振單元,并基于微帶諧振單元和缺陷地諧振單元各形成一個通帶設(shè)計的兩階雙通帶濾波器Ⅱ,通帶中心頻率和通帶帶寬均獨立可控,并且尺寸減小為第一種的一半。再次,基于中心加載SIR枝節(jié)雙模諧振器的研究,提出了新型的中心加載四模諧振器,并對其諧振特性進行了系統(tǒng)分析。利用四個模式中兩個頻率相近的模式形成一個通帶設(shè)計的兩階雙通帶濾波器Ⅲ,通帶中心頻率及通帶帶寬均獨立可控,并且結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。最后,基于中心加載SIR枝節(jié)雙模濾波器的傳輸零點可控的特點,將中心加載SIR枝節(jié)諧振器和采用縫隙補償平行耦合饋電結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)用在了連續(xù)通帶雙工器和中心頻率比小于1.1的不連續(xù)通帶雙工器的設(shè)計中。
[Abstract]:Microstrip dual-pass filter and Duplexer are the key components of wireless dual-band communication system. The miniaturization and high performance of microstrip dual-band filter and Duplexer is one of the hot research topics at present.In the design of microstrip filter, a single double (multiple) mode resonator can be used as a double (multiple) tuning circuit, which can reduce the number of resonators and increase the transmission zeros.In this paper, the resonant characteristics of the center loaded SIR double mode resonator and the coupling characteristics of parallel coupling feed structure with slot compensation technique are studied.Based on the odd-even mode resonance frequency of the dual-mode resonator, a two-order dual-pass band filter 鈪，
