【摘要】：采用周期性慢波結(jié)構(gòu)加載的開路傳輸線代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的四分之一波長(zhǎng)阻抗變換器,設(shè)計(jì)一種小型化且適用于高頻的Wilkinson功分器,有效改善了傳統(tǒng)Wilkinson功分器尺寸大且高頻時(shí)容易出現(xiàn)色散的問題。最后基于FR4基板,設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用于900 MHz的Wilkinson功分器,測(cè)量結(jié)果顯示,三個(gè)端口匹配良好,S11約為-20.58 dB,S22約為-23.62 dB,S21約為-3.28 dB,輸出端口的隔離度約為-33.3 dB,仿真結(jié)果和測(cè)量結(jié)果趨勢(shì)吻合,驗(yàn)證了該方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:An open circuit transmission line loaded with periodic slow-wave structure is used instead of the traditional 1/4 wavelength impedance converter to design a miniaturized and high frequency Wilkinson power divider.It can effectively improve the dispersion problem of the traditional Wilkinson power divider with large size and high frequency.Finally, based on the FR4 substrate, a 900 MHz Wilkinson power divider is designed. The measurement results show that the three ports match well, the S11 is -20.58 dBU S22 is about -23.62 dBU S21 is -3.28 dB, the isolation of the output port is about -33.3 dB, and the simulation results are consistent with the measurement results.The feasibility of the method is verified.
