薄介質片時域積分方程方法的電磁散射分析

【摘要】:在實際電磁工程應用問題中,經常會牽涉到多層薄介質的電磁散射問題。對薄介質結構,當介質片厚度相對于介質波長很小時,計算電磁學中經典的積分類方法如體積分方程方法未知量大,且求解時迭代很難收斂。本文提出的薄介質片時域積分方程方法能夠有效解決以上問題。首先,針對薄介質片這類特殊的結構,本文提出了薄介質片時域積分方程方法。該方法是以時域體積分方程為基礎,通過適當的近似處理,將時域體積分方程轉化為時域面積分方程,因此大大減少了未知量。為了更好地應用,我們把單層薄介質片時域積分方程方法推廣到了多層結構中。其次,針對色散薄介質片瞬態(tài)電磁散射,本文提出了色散薄介質片時域積分方程方法。該方法是通過體等效源來構造色散薄介質片的時域積分方程,并利用時域遞歸卷積方法構建電場強度與電通量密度之間的聯系,最后由電通量密度得到體極化電流。最后,本文分析了石墨烯電導率的影響因素,觀察了偏置電壓對石墨烯電導率的調控作用,并利用薄介質片時域積分方程方法分析了石墨烯貼片的物理尺寸和石墨烯電導率對其瞬態(tài)電磁散射特性的影響。
[Abstract]:In the practical application of electromagnetic engineering, the electromagnetic scattering problem of multilayer thin medium is often involved.For thin dielectric structures, when the thickness of dielectric plates is very small relative to the wavelength of the medium, the classical integral methods in electromagnetics, such as the volume integral equation method, have large unknown quantities, and the iteration is difficult to converge.The time domain integral equation method proposed in this paper can effectively solve the above problems.Firstly, for the special structure of thin dielectric sheet, a time domain integral equation method for thin dielectric sheet is presented in this paper.The method is based on the time-domain volumetric fraction equation and is transformed into the time-domain area fractional equation by proper approximation, thus greatly reducing the unknown amount.For better application, we extend the time domain integral equation method of single layer thin dielectric sheet to multilayer structure.Secondly, for the transient electromagnetic scattering of dispersive thin dielectric sheet, a time domain integral equation method is proposed.The time domain integral equation of dispersive thin dielectric sheet is constructed by volume equivalent source, and the relation between electric field intensity and flux density is constructed by time domain recursive convolution method. Finally, the volume polarization current is obtained from the flux density.Finally, the factors affecting the conductivity of graphene are analyzed, and the effect of bias voltage on the conductivity of graphene is observed.The effects of the physical size of graphene patch and the conductivity of graphene on the transient electromagnetic scattering characteristics were analyzed by using the time domain integral equation method of thin dielectric sheet.
