光彈調(diào)制器的振動分析與實驗

【摘要】:研究了長度伸縮振動的光彈調(diào)制器的工作原理并進行振動分析。各向異性的壓電石英在驅(qū)動電壓下振動,當(dāng)驅(qū)動方波信號頻率與兩塊晶體的本征頻率相匹配時,與壓電石英用硅橡膠柔性連接的熔融石英隨之共振,在兩塊晶體中傳播的是同頻率的縱駐波,光彈調(diào)制器整體作一維長度伸縮振動。將光彈調(diào)制器的振動等效為有阻尼的彈簧-質(zhì)量塊系統(tǒng)進行理論推導(dǎo),得出振幅表達式,振動位移與驅(qū)動電壓和光彈調(diào)制器的品質(zhì)因數(shù)Q值成正比。最后通過有限元仿真與測振實驗測量自制的光彈調(diào)制器的振動特性來驗證推導(dǎo)的正確性。
[Abstract]:The working principle and vibration analysis of photoelastic modulator for length stretching vibration are studied. The anisotropic piezoelectric quartz vibrates under the driving voltage when the driving square wave signal frequency matches the intrinsic frequency of the two crystals. Fused quartz, which is flexibly connected with piezoelectric quartz with silicone rubber, resonates and propagates a longitudinal wave of the same frequency in two crystals. The whole photoelastic modulator makes one-dimensional length stretching vibration. The vibration of photoelastic modulator is equivalent to a damped spring-mass block system, and the amplitude expression is obtained. The vibration displacement is proportional to the driving voltage and the quality factor Q of the photoelastic modulator. Finally, the vibration characteristics of the self-made photoelastic modulator are measured by finite element simulation and vibration measurement experiment to verify the correctness of the derivation.
