空間行波管陰極壽命試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:空間行波管是衛(wèi)星通信系統(tǒng)中最重要的功率放大器,必須具有較長的工作壽命?臻g行波管的壽命主要受陰極壽命的制約,因此為了保證空間行波管的長期在軌工作,需要開展大量的陰極壽命試驗(yàn)研究,并對陰極壽命進(jìn)行預(yù)測。共投入50支電子槍進(jìn)行壽命試驗(yàn),累計(jì)進(jìn)行壽命試驗(yàn)1 823 080h,最長單管壽命試驗(yàn)時間65 411h;趬勖^程中的逸出功變化,建立了空間行波管陰極壽命預(yù)測模型。預(yù)測空間行波管陰極在960℃b(℃b為亮度溫度)支取1A/cm~2發(fā)射電流密度時壽命超過43年;在980℃b支取1A/cm~2時壽命超過22年;在1 000℃b支取1A/cm~2時壽命超過15年。預(yù)測結(jié)果表明,空間行波管陰極可以滿足衛(wèi)星通信系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用的長壽命要求。
[Abstract]:The space traveling wave tube is the most important power amplifier in the satellite communication system, it must have a long working life. The life of the space traveling wave tube is mainly restricted by the cathode life, so in order to ensure the long-term operation of the space traveling wave tube in orbit, It is necessary to carry out a lot of research on cathode life test and predict the cathode life. A total of 50 electron guns are put into the life test. The cumulative life test was performed for 1 823 080 h and the longest life test time for a single tube was 65 411 h.
